With the development of social economy and the continuous expansion of urban scale,water resources are of more and more importance to any country and region.Since ancient times,fresh water has been one of the most precious resources.And there are countless wars caused by the struggle for water.For water supply enterprises,the main index to evaluate the management and control level of water supply enterprises is the difference rate of water supply which is the overall display of the management level and service level of water supply enterprises.The way to reduce the difference rate of water supply more effectively has become an important research content of water supply enterprises at home and abroad.Based on the data statistics of the difference rate of water supply in J city in recent years,this paper analyzes several main reasons for the high difference rate of water supply in J city.Among the controllable or uncontrollable factors,combined with work practice,this paper focuses on the in-depth analysis and research on factors that lead to the low difference rate and the low rate of charge due to the inaccurate measurement of the water meter.It is concluded that the old manual plagiarism mode is bound to be replaced by a more advanced and intelligent plagiarism mode.A new imported remote AMRS is developed on the original manual AMRS.After the remote AMRS is officially put into operation,in this paper,more than2000 households of water yield on water meter water in a certain district are copied.The difference rate and charge rate of water supply production and marketing before and after transformation are compared and analyzed.After using the remote water meter and meter reading system,the difference rate in this district is reduced from 55.50% to 24.29% while charge rate after modification increases over 50%.The water supply cost will be reduced by about 200000 yuan for J city water supply enterprises by this district alone.The trial of the remote meter reading system has achieved initial results.By selecting a pilot user,the water quantity change in the two years after the transformation is analyzed and we obtain that in the next few years,the economic benefits brought by the transformation of remote water meters for water supply enterprises will far exceed the consumption of water meters.Based on the current water supply capacity of J city,for every percentage point reduction in difference ratio of the whole water supply enterprise,the cost will be saved by 3to 4 million yuan.The indexes and applicable scenarios of several other common intelligentwater meters are also studied in this paper.Through the comparison of function,performance and bearing conditions,it can be used as an important basis for the selection of water meters in the future.In the Internet era,the intelligent electronic technology will eventually replace the old meter reading mode for realizing the purpose of controlling and reducing the difference rate.
