| The recycling of scrapped new energy vehicles and power batteries can solve the problems of resource scarcity and environmental pollution.At the same time,it has brought economic benefits,so it has received high attention from the international community.China’s new energy vehicle market potential is huge,there will be a larger car demand in the future,with the arrival of the new energy vehicle service life,will usher in the scrap peak,the government is constantly introducing policies and measures to guide the relevant enterprises to actively participate in recycling,at present,the power battery recycling pilot work has been carried out in some provinces and cities in China.As a new industry,proper policy guidance is beneficial to promote the development of power battery recycling industry.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to sort out the current situation of China’s power battery recycling market and analyze the relationship between the development of power battery recycling industry and policy variables.Firstly,this paper reviews the research status of power battery and related policies at home and abroad and the research of power battery recycling supply chain,and clarifies the supply chain theory and system dynamics theory.Secondly,the characteristics and advantages of each participant in the power battery recycling supply chain are analyzed,and the recycling policies implemented in China are sorted out.After that,the supply chain composed of battery manufacturers,new energy vehicle retailers,disassembling enterprises and cascade utilization enterprises is constructed.At the same time,the price strategy between battery manufacturers and retailers of new energy vehicles is analyzed by using the method of game theory considering cascade utilization,and the optimal pricing of the two main bodies is obtained.Based on the pricing decision of supply chain,the system dynamics theory and method are adopted to systematically study the government policies affecting power battery recycling,analyze the relevant influencing factors of power battery recycling under the current supply chain,draw the causal diagram and system flow diagram,and reasonably set the equation relationship between variables.Finally,the relevant parameters are set reasonably,and the Vensim software is used for simulation to get.the future development trend of power battery under the current policy,and the influence of single policy and combination policy on the recycling effect of power battery is analyzed,and relevant suggestions are put forward based on the perspectives of government,enterprises and society.The simulation results show that both recycling subsidy policy and tax incentive policy can promote the recycling of power battery,and the recycling subsidy policy has a better performance on the supply chain income index,but the effect of both is very limited.The combination of subsidy policy and tax incentive policy can enhance the effect,compared with a single policy can greatly promote the power battery recycling;In the case of subsidy withdrawal,the government can promote power battery recycling by strengthening law enforcement.Therefore,in the follow-up policy adjustment process,the government can gradually improve the battery recycling standards and strengthen supervision to achieve the purpose of healthy development of the power battery recycling industry.The main innovation points of this paper are as follows:first,when considering the power battery recycling,the direct disassembly treatment and step utilization are considered at the same time,which is more consistent with the reality and can better reflect the whole battery recycling process;Second,tax incentives are considered in the research of recycling policy,which is seldom mentioned in the field of power battery recycling.At the same time,this paper also considers the situation of subsidy retreat.Third,this paper considers power battery recycling from the perspective of supply chain,which is more in line with the current trend of cooperative power battery recycling. |
