In recent years,state-owned enterprises have gradually entered the deep-water area of deepening reforms.With the continuous advancement of the three-year reform of state-owned enterprises,the reform of the existing power system and the continuous promotion of power grid transformation have also entered a new stage.As an important part of business,power supply enterprises have also begun to face many competitions and challenges from the market in terms of operation and management.However,the long-term natural monopoly makes the power supply enterprises lack innovation and development motivation,and the survival predicament is becoming more and more obvious.Therefore,in order to better keep pace with the reform of state-owned enterprises,improve the operation of power supply enterprises,and enhance the management of power supply enterprises,Design and build a scientific and efficient performance evaluation system that can load the actual situation of power supply enterprises,which can reduce the cost of human resources for power supply enterprises.Fully stimulate the creativity and enthusiasm of the employees of the enterprise,improve the competitiveness and vitality of the power supply enterprise,and benefit the long-term and stable development of the enterprise.The first step of this paper is to understand the performance management system of the power supply industry and the internal management level of specific enterprises,so as to determine the research direction and significance of the whole paper.By collecting relevant domestic and foreign literature and summarizing the excellent experience and practices,innovation is made on this basis to form the analysis ideas of this paper.Then,this paper takes B power supply company as a case,through in-depth understanding of its production and operation status,performance evaluation development process and current performance evaluation situation,A performance evaluation system model combining Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)was constructed for B power supply company.This paper selects key indicators from four dimensions of finance,customers,internal processes,growth and learning through the balanced scorecard.The weight of each index is calculated by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and the comprehensive performance score of B power supply company is calculated by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE),and finally a comprehensive performance evaluation system is formed.Finally,the application results of performance evaluation are analyzed,and safeguard measures are set up for the imperfect part of the research due to the limitation of time and research ability.To ensure that the newly designed and constructed performance management system can play the greatest role in the company’s production,operation and development in the future.This paper combines theory with practice,aiming at the future development strategic needs of B power supply company,and analyzes the actual problems existing in the performance management of B power supply company.Design a new and more scientific performance evaluation system for it,so as to further maximize the value of the company’s performance management,It is hoped that the research of this paper can be used for reference to the performance management of the related power supply companies and similar service-oriented state-owned enterprises.
