The Research On The Technology Of Knowledge Attribute On The Influence Of The Enterprise Innovation Performance In Dynamic Environment Ability

Clearly put forward the eighteenth congress to go innovation-driven development strategy,the fifth plenary session of the party 18 also stressed that "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" development goals,must firmly establish and implement the "innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing”the basic idea.Among them,the concept of "innovation" is placed in the core position,become five big ideas,and innovation,main show is the innovation of knowledge.Era of knowledge economy,the enterprise's ability to create,accumulate and use knowledge become the key factor to obtain and maintain competitive advantage,with obtaining,accumulation and diffusion of knowledge elements,integration and application of enterprise to achieve innovation.The process of innovation is a new integration of existing knowledge element process,in this era of knowledge explosion,with restructuring of a large number of knowledge elements have been the new knowledge is rapidly increasing.In the future enterprise's innovation activities,the enterprise have enough cognitive ability to random knowledge innovation.Perception of the relationship between intellectual property and enterprise will influence enterprise innovative way and direction in the future.Therefore,this article from the perspective of the relationship between the knowledge element attributes,based on the basic theory knowledge and the theory of dynamic capabilities of enterprises in a dynamic environment of its own knowledge base of relationship between attributes and the relationships between the transformation ability and the relationship between enterprise innovation performance and empirical research,help to enrich and perfect the innovation theory,and provide guidance for practice.In this paper,based on existing research,knowledge based relationship attributes are divided into knowledge complementary and alternative two dimensions of knowledge,and from the perspective of knowledge complementary and alternative,to explore the relationship between enterprise knowledge base attribute transformation between ability how to influence the innovation performance of the enterprise,and under the dynamic environment,the enterprise knowledge base relationship between attribute transformation ability whether play a regulatory role for their own innovation performance.Based on the 2010-2013 Shanghai and shenzhen two city car manufacturing enterprise of large sample data the study found that:(1)the technology knowledge complementarity of listed companies in China and the enterprise innovation performance levels significantly inverted u-shaped relationship between;(2)of the listed companies in our country plays a significant role in technical knowledge of alternative and the enterprise innovation performance level of the inverted u-shaped relationship,(3)dynamic environment,the listed companies in our country's technical knowledge attributes of the relationship between transformation ability and the innovation performance were positively correlated,dynamic nature of technology and market dynamics will strengthen this positive relationship.
