| Based on the panel data of 76 countries from 2008 to 2018,this thesis uses the expanded gravity model and the intermediary effect to empirically-examine the impact of intellectual property protection of importing countries,China’s independent innovation capability and China’s high-tech exports.Firstly, this thesis constructs an expanded trade gravity model based on the basic gravity model to empirically analyze the impact of China’s independent innovation and the intellectual property protection of importing countries on China’s high-tech exports. The findings are as follows: from a full-sample perspective, intellectual property protection in importing countries and China’s independent innovation both positively promote China’s high-tech exports; After considering the interaction effect, the interaction effect significantly inhibits China’s high-tech exports.Groups, different levels of income group regression results there were significant differences,in the high income, high income group, importer, intellectual property protection and independent innovation in China to promote China’s high-tech products exports,it is not significant in low and middle and low-income groups, but the interaction item hindered China’s high technology products to participate in the international trade.Secondly, through the empirical analysis of the mediation effect,it is found that in the full sample analysis, the increasing international intellectual property protection will inhibit the intermediary variable of China’s independent innovation to some extent by increasing the intellectual property license fee and legal cost of Chinese export enterprises. However, this effect will force the development of enterprise innovation, promote the development of independent innovation and China’s high-tech products export in the long run.Found in the heterogeneous group regression analysis, the high income group and regression is more close to the whole samples, and the high income group,low-income groups and low-income group due to the protection of intellectual property rights system and technology innovation ability and China is close to or less,so generally will not too big impact on China’s independent innovation,so there is no intermediary effect. Therefore,China should actively participate in the formulation of international intellectual property rights while improving its independent innovation ability, select appropriate trade partner countries, and promote the steady growth of China’s high-tech exports.based on the panel data of75 countries from 2008 to 2018,this thesis makes an empirical test and Analysis on the impact of importing countries’ intellectual property protection,China’s independent innovation ability and China’s export of high-tech products by using the expanded gravity model and intermediary effect... |
