Research On The Integrated Development Of Agriculture And Tourism In Yili State

Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,China has actively implemented the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,gradually enhanced the competitiveness of agriculture,used the multi-functionality of agriculture,and coordinated with the first,second and third industries to jointly promote the development of agricultural modernization.Ili Prefecture is located in the northwest border of the motherland,the river valley is surrounded by mountains on three sides to form a special "three mountains and two valleys" landform,rich water resources have made the cities and villages along the coast rich agricultural and tourism resources and folk characteristics.The Ili Prefecture studied in this thesis is at the stage of striving to deepen agricultural supply-side reforms and promote rural infrastructure construction.With the development of information technology,in the process of continuously carrying out ecological environment improvement and promoting farmers’ income increase,Ili Prefecture’s rural tourism industry has laid the foundation for rural revitalization and made substantial contributions to the integration of agricultural tourism industry.Agriculture and farmers are important forces participating in the construction of Ili Prefecture,and the rural development of Ili Prefecture is at a critical moment of moving toward modernization.However,the problem of "three rural areas" is still a relatively weak link in the region,the income of the agricultural population is not high,the rural economic foundation is weak,and the development of various rural undertakings is lagging behind.The integration of agriculture and tourism can make the connotation of agriculture richer,the operation more diversified,and the forms more diverse.This thesis summarizes the experience of integrated development of agriculture and tourism,which is of practical significance for promoting the transfer of rural labor,promoting advanced agricultural technology,broadening the channels for farmers to increase income,and even strengthening the ecological governance of the agricultural environment,and is also an important path choice for realizing the "five-in-one" overall layout of rural revitalization strategy.The integration of agriculture and tourism is based on agriculture,and the industrial form of tourism is added to agriculture,and the essence is agriculture-oriented and tourism empowerment.This thesis summarizes the concept of agricultural tourism integration,analyzes the current situation of agricultural tourism integration development in Ili Prefecture,and draws some conclusions by constructing an agricultural tourism index system and studying the two with a coupling coordination degree model When the agricultural tourism industry integration scenic spot conducted field visits and investigations,it was found that at present,the integration and development of agriculture and tourism in the direct areas of Ili Prefecture has problems such as low integration level,weak awareness of integrated development,single integration mode,dependence on financial support or insufficient financial support.However,the integration of agriculture and tourism has achieved remarkable results and obvious advantages.Combined with the above problems,this thesis proposes that the countermeasures for promoting the integration of direct agricultural tourism in Ili Prefecture are: cultivating leading enterprises in the integration of agriculture and tourism,increasing investment in the integration of agriculture and tourism,promoting the integration of urban and rural development according to local conditions,building a product system for the integration of agriculture and tourism,improving the level of comprehensive services,enriching the external publicity system,and strengthening Ecological protection,etc.,summed up the experience and lessons worth learning from,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the economic development of the Ili area.
