Research On The Measurement Of Agricultural And Tourism Integration Level In Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

At present,China has entered the stage of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,and industrial prosperity is a key task of rural revitalization.The Party and the government have made a new plan for rural industries in 2020-2025,which calls for accelerating the development of rural industries focusing on the secondary and tertiary industries,highlighting the importance of the secondary and tertiary industries.The Construction Plan of Chengdu-Chongqing Modern and Efficient Characteristic Agricultural Belt was issued,proposing to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural industries,give full play to the unique advantages of rural resources in Chengdu-Chongqing,and create model areas for leisure agriculture and rural tourism.Industrial integration is the key to solve many rural problems and the long-term plan of rural industrial development.As an industry to enrich the people,tourism plays a critical role in promoting the overall urban and rural development and the coordinated development between regions.Ba and Shu are closely connected and have complementary advantages.Therefore,promoting the integrated development of agriculture and tourism industry is an important measure to build a leisure tourism resort and a sample area of urban-rural integration development based on Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and realize the highquality development of industrial integration between the two places.Based on the industrial structure theory,industrial integration theory and agricultural multifunctionality theory,this paper selects Chengdu-Chongqing twin city economic circle as the research object and establishes the measurement index of agricultural and tourism industry integration level.Grey correlation method and coupling degree coordination model were used to study the correlation degree,integration degree and industrial coordination of agriculture and tourism in 15prefecture-level cities of Sichuan and 21 districts(counties)of Chongqing during2010-2020.The trend and development status of agricultural and tourism industry integration are analyzed from the perspective of overall time series and regional differences.The results indicate that:(1)From 2010 to 2020,the integration level of agriculture and tourism in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle has been continuously improved,with fluctuations in some periods,but the overall integration level is high;(2)From 2010 to 2020,the agricultural tourism industry in the two places experienced a development process from imbalance to coordination.The integration of the agricultural tourism industry in Sichuan is mainly agriculturedriven,while that in Chongqing is mainly tourism-driven.(3)In 2020,Luzhou,Zigong,Deyang,Leshan,Yibin,Guang ’an,Dazhou,Ya ’an,Ziyang,Neijiang,Suining,Meishan,Nanan,Bishan,Rongchang,Fengdu and Dian Jiang all have phenomena of agricultural tourism industry imbalance to varying degrees.In the future,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the coordinated development of agricultural tourism industry integration between the two places.(4)Based on the properties and types of agricultural and tourism industry integration,the study found that the development of agricultural and tourism industry is easy to be unbalanced in regions with low degree of agricultural and tourism integration.At the same time,in view of the problems of urban-rural integration in the two places,based on the development experience at home and abroad,the paper puts forward some suggestions such as taking the differentiated development path,realizing the coordinated development of the industry and strengthening the regional cooperation,in order to provide some practical references for the Chengdu-Chongqing twin city economic circle to build a leisure tourism resort and urban-rural integration development sample area,and realizing the high-quality development of the urbanrural tourism industry.
