Our country is a large agricultural country,the variety and the quantity of agricultural products are world’s leading.However,agricultural logistics development in China is behindhand,especially fruits and vegetables product logistics is relatively less developed.With fruit and vegetable production capacity increasing greatly,we should pay attention to improve the ability of fruit and vegetable transport,in order to promote the development of fruit and vegetable agricultural product industry.To increase the rate of logistics transportation and reduce loss has become an inevitable trend.The fruit and vegetable has obvious seasonal and regional character,and we should ensure the quality of fruits and vegetables,therefore the important thing is to keep the low-temperature environment during the transport of circulation.Lagging fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics make many superior fruits and vegetables of our country may not timely,efficient,low consumption,high qualified reach consumers’ hands,and make the most fruit and vegetable products can’t achieve "smooth flow of goods" and "make the best its value ",then farmers can’t continue to benefit as well.Combined with the needs of customers are increasingly diversified and personalized,the demand standard of agricultural products prices,delivery time,and quality of service is higher and higher.Therefore,research on fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics transport path optimization has the extremely important significance for controlling the transportation cost and improving the quality of distribution service.Current optimization research of the distribution range for fruit and vegetable logistics and transport route is only within a city or a relatively narrow range,resulting in that time punishment does not occur,and the time penalty function existence becomes meaningless.This article will expand the distribution range to province,and make the meaning of each function is displayed and closer to reality.If the research results are ideal,this application can be applied to nationwide.As a result,based on the analysis of transport and logistics characteristics and research status of fruits and vegetables,the article learns a number of literature related perishable products,fresh products,fruits and agricultural products logistics distribution optimization,and summed up the fruits and vegetables of agricultural logistics VRPTW path optimization model.The article uses blueberry distribution in Qingdao,Shandong as an example,and makes use of real-coded genetic algorithm in MATLAB software to solve them,at last verifies the practicability of the model.
