| China is one of the few countries that take coal as the main energy source in the world.In recent years,a batch of coal chemical companies have been completed and put into operation in China,forming a number of coal chemical industry bases.In the process of the development of the coal chemical base,the logistics activities play an important role.Due to the particularity of coal chemical products,how to ensure the safe and effective logistics activities within the base is of great significance for the safe production and operation of coal chemical industry bases.Most of the finished products of the coal chemical base are hazardous chemicals,the production scale is large and the product types are complex.On the one hand,the safety of logistics activities in the base directly affects the safety of life and property of personnel.On the other hand,orderly delivery of products out of the base is of great significance for the efficient production and operation of the base.As an important node of logistics activities in the command and dispatch base,the scientific demonstration and analysis of the logistics center is of great significance to improving the security of base logistics and ensuring the efficiency of production operation.This paper is based on the research of coal chemical logistics,hazardous chemicals logistics and location of logistics centers,taking the location of logistics center of large coal chemical base as the research object and taking the output logistics activities of the finished product as the research scope,setting up the multi-objective location model of logistics center with the goal of economic,timeliness,security and risk equity,and using the tabu search algorithm to solve the problem,obtaining the location scheme of base logistics center combining with the actual case.The detailed contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Research and analysis the characteristics of coal chemical industry base products and coal chemical industry base logistics,combining the related principles and influencing factors of logistics center location,using the analytic hierarchy process to establish a multi-objective evaluation system,quantify the link between the site selection objectives and influencing factors,turning engineering problems into mathematical problems.(2)Establish a coal chemical industry base logistics center location model targeting economic,timeliness,safety,and risk equity,combining multi-objective factors and uniform economic dimension coefficients,and converting the multi-objective model into a single-objective model.According to the characteristics of the established model,a tabu search algorithm was designed to solve the model,and the validity of the algorithm was verified using the test function.(3)Based on the actual engineering cases of a large coal chemical industrial base in northwest China,the basic data of the base product types and base logistics are collated and analyzed.Using the tabu search algorithm to simulate calculation the problem of location of logistics center in coal chemical industry base,and the final site selection scheme is determined based on the calculation results.Through the comparison of the 3 site selection schemes,we can see that scheme 2 is superior to the other two candidates on the overall goal,at the same time,the best vehicle transportation plan is given when the logistics center is planned and constructed at the candidate location 2,which has certain reference and guidance for the planning of enterprise logistics activities. |
