| In recent years,with the vigorous development of market economy and the promotion and application of internet technology,the mode of "tourism + internet" has entered a period of rapid development.Data show that in the current tourism industry,online penetration rate accounts for up to 16.7% of the proportion,it can be said that china’s online tourism market is in the white-hot stage of development.Combined with the analysis of relevant data in 2019,it can be seen that the capital scale of china’s online tourism market is nearly 1086.65 billion yuan,up 11.4% year on year.In the face of the rapid development of the scale of market funds,online tourism enterprises have mushroomed,making the market competition more intense,but also makes the management pressure of enterprises more obvious.In this competitive environment,the online travel industry is facing a new revolution.If you want to win a place in the cruel competitive market and occupy more market shares,it means that enterprises need to have a long-term development strategy and a more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system.This thesis takes XC company as the research object,firstly introduces the related theories of performance evaluation and balanced scorecard,and summarizes the current status of XC company’s performance evaluation system based on the actual situation of the enterprise.Then,a series of problems related to the current performance evaluation system of XC company were collected through field research and questionnaire distribution,mainly including the performance evaluation standard is not objective enough,the performance evaluation process is serious formalization,and the performance evaluation results are obviously unfair.Based on the necessity and feasibility analysis of the balanced scorecard of XC company,the strategic map of XC company is drawn.Then using analytic hierarchy process,design the weight of XC company’s key performance indicators,and practice trial run;Finally,the results of BSC’s trial operation in XC company are analyzed.Through the research of this thesis,it is found that the current performance evaluation system of XC has many defects from standard,process and result,which cannot reflect the real performance evaluation situation of XC company,and the selected evaluation indicators are not well matched with the strategic goals of the company,so it is difficult to improve the competitiveness of the company.It is reasonable and necessary for XC company to introduce balanced scorecard theory for performance evaluation.The test results show that the performance evaluation system of XC company based on balanced scorecard is more in line with the actual situation of the company and its future development strategic goals.At the same time,it can also provide reference schemes for relevant enterprises and improve the application research of balanced scorecard theory in china’s current online tourism performance evaluation. |
