High-tech industry is a very important industry in China’s manufacturing industry.In recent years,the whole industry is in a state of vigorous development.However,in the past two years,the internal and external environment of the industry has been deteriorating continuously,and western developed countries have been suppressing China’s high-tech enterprises.At the same time,high-tech enterprises have the risk management of enterprises has become more complex and changeable.Iflytek Co.,Ltd.is a leading enterprise in China’s high-tech industry.Iflytek began to have some financial risks.Therefore,it is particularly important for high-tech enterprises to build a scientific and reasonable financial risk early warning model.On the basis of a large number of existing literature research,this paper analyzes the financial iflytek according to the characteristics of the industry it is in,and then analyzes the early warning results of the model and puts forward corresponding suggestions.In the construction of the financial risk early warning model of HKUST Xunfei Company,28 periods of financial data from 2013 to 2019 were selected,The final analysis of the financial risk warning results of Kedafei Company is as follows:During the period from 2013 to 2020,the enterprises are at the level of medium alarm and heavy alarm,indicating that the current company as a whole The financial situation is not optimistic,and there are certain problems in the financing and operation of enterprises,which should be paid attention to by enterprise managers.In this paper,we use the efficiency coefficient method to establish a financial risk early warning model for i Flytek.From the perspective of the company’s financing ability,investment capacity,operating capacity and growth ability,it evaluates the financial risk status of i Flytek by calculating the early warning score coefficient to help the enterprise management They can find problems in time,avoid major financial crises,help the healthy development of i Flytek,and provide reference and reference for i Flytek to carry out financial early warning work.
