Study On The Optimization Of Tax Business Environment In Nanping City

Business environment is an important symbol to measure a country’s soft power and comprehensive competitiveness.The improvement of "business environment" index can help us understand and grasp the business environment of enterprises from a higher level,and carry out the construction of tax business environment through reform,which is an urgent need for current economic development.Tax business environment is an important part of it.Optimizing the tax and business environment is an important condition for promoting economic modernization and high-quality economic development.The 2020 business environment report shows that the "tax payment" index ranks105 th among 190 countries,up 9 places from 2019.China’s vast territory,especially some third-tier and fourth-tier cities,how to further tax business environment is still an important issue that needs to be studied and solved.This paper takes Nanping city of Fujian Province as an example,adopts literature research,field investigation,questionnaire survey and other research methods to conduct comprehensive comparative analysis,and concludes that in the tax business environment of Nanping city,taxpayers pay more tax times,pay more tax for a long time,the total tax burden and tax rate are high,and the procedures after tax declaration are complicated.The root cause is that the tax legal system is not scientific enough,the tax management system is not perfect,the tax publicity effect is not good,and the information construction needs to be further improved.Finally,this article from reduce the number of tax payment,shorten the tax payment time,reduce the burden of enterprise tax,improve the level of socialization of tax payment service,improve the level of tax payment service information and other aspects of the corresponding countermeasures.
