On Investment Policy Of Nanping City

Since the reform and opening up, China has gained brilliant success through investment to promote the overall economic strength, which attracts the worldwide attention. It’s proved that the investment is an important way to accelerate the development of regional economy, it not only makes up the shortage of funds for construction of our country’s economy, but also import advanced technology, outstanding talents and management experience. It has played an important role in promoting economic development, adjusting the industrial structure, and creating jobs etc. It can be said that investment promotion has become an important part of local government public administration,and the objectives and implementation of investment promotion cannot be achieved without a series of public administration measures,and therefore investment promotion is also an indispensable part of scientific research of public administration. In recent years, the government of Nanping city has strengthened industrial support and promoted regional economic development through investment; project led, but also encountered some problems.With the promulgation and implementation of the "Western Shore Economic Zone Development Plan", the overall regional coordinated development efforts continue to increase, the continuous improvement of the conditions of its own development, The Nanping development has stepped into an important period of strategic opportunities, and its investment work faces both new opportunities and more challenges. To promote the leap development of Nanping, the research of Nanping’s investment work should be increased.In order to accurately analyze and grasp the status and role of the government in attracting foreign investors, cracking bottlenecks and problems encountered in attracting investment, This paper takes investment of municipal government of Nanping as the research object by using theoretical and empirical research methods, based in reality and theoretical point of view, the problems in attracting investments will be studied carefully in this thesis with the orientation of Nanping City in "Western Shore Economic zone Development Plan" and "Nanping City’s12th Five-Year development plan", including SWOT Analysis on advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the investments, references from the experience of advanced regions in how to attract foreign investment, last this paper will put forward some countermeasures to promote foreign investment in Nanping City and provide decision-making basis and reference for the government economic work.
