Study On The Strategies For The Development Of Agricultural Recycle Economy In Nanping City

The development of agricultural recycle economy has become the new trend in the world. Nanping City has achieved a lot on the aspect such as "Sunner Model", which was initiated in Guangze County; Nanping City.It has become one of the successful models in China. It is very meaningful to make analysis on "Sunner Model" in order to exert its positive effect.The objective of the study is to initiate strategies for the development of agricultural recycle economy based on the empirical analysis of "Sunner Model". The contents of the research include:(1) The situation and SWOT analysis on the development of agricultural recycle economy in Nanping City; (2) The empirical analysis of Sunner Model; (3) The suggestions and recommendations for the development of agricultural recycle economy in Nanping City. The research methods include empirical analysis, literature review, interview and SWOT analysis etc..The finding and conclusions of the study are as follows:1. Nanping City has sound conditions to develop agricultural recycle economy and many enterprises have achieved a lot on this aspect such as Sunner Model. The strength, weakness, opportunity and threat that Nanping City is facing include:having abundant natural resources, un faultiness of legal system; the opportunities to establish ecological zone in the western area of Taiwan Strait, and the interest conflicts among different sectors etc.2. The connotation of "Sunner Model" means "one main industry and three subsidiary industries". Its successful factors include breeding standardization, industrial clustering, facility modernization, environmental safety, sound enterprise culture and commercial management. The main successful factors of "Sunner Model" include innovation, ecological management and commercial management as well as taking advantages of strategical opportunities.3. Ten policy recommendations for the development of agricultural recycle economy were made:, i.e.:(1) to well establish ecological area in Nanping City; (2) to insist on ecological concept to develop agricultural recycle economy; (3) to form positive social atmosphere for the development of recycle agriculture; (4) to constitute developmental plans and rules; (5) to form incentive mechanism; (6) to strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure; (7) to speed up scientific and technical innovation; (8) to improve farmers' quality by conducting training; (9) to perfect public service system; (10) to boost agriculture industrialization.
