Research On The Influencing Mechanism Of Urban Elderly People's Willingness To Live In Shared Communitie

The outline of the "14th Five-Year Plan" proposes that China should fully build an elderly care service system based on home,relying on the community,supplemented by institutions,and combining medical care and elderly care,so as to continuously meet the needs of multi-level and high-quality elderly care services for the elderly.The sharing economy is also an inevitable choice to adapt to the new normal of my country’s economic development.Therefore,my country has put forward a series of policies to actively encourage the development of pension undertakings,and regard shared pensions as an important means to solve the predicament.Based on this,this thesis uses SEM as the main research method to study the influencing factors and mechanisms of urban elderly people’s willingness to share community pensions.The empirical analysis of this thesis includes the following five aspects: First of all,on the basis of the core variables of TAM and STAM models,this thesis takes the perspective of shared pension and the psychological cognition of the elderly as the starting point,draws on the sharing economy theory,ERG need theory,social support theory and community care theory,and introduces four independent variables of perceived service quality,perceived usefulness,elderly demand expectations and social influencing factors on the basis of the previous research,and the shared community home care willingness as the dependent variable,and establishes a shared community home care willingness model.And 7 research hypotheses were proposed.Secondly,through the survey and analysis,4 communities in the four main urban areas of Shanghai were selected as the survey objects,and the 435 valid questionnaires collected were descriptive statistics,reliability and validity tests and verification factor analysis through SPSS and AMOS software through questionnaire survey and sampling.Thirdly,the structural equation model is constructed to analyze the influencing factors of the willingness of the shared community to live at home,explore and analyze its effect on the willingness of the shared community to stay at home,and analyze the interrelationship and influence degree between the variables.Fourth,the individual characteristics of the elderly are added as the control variables,the robustness of the model is tested,and the age,education level,economic income,physical condition and living status are tested through one-factor ANOVA analysis whether it will affect the willingness of the shared community to stay at home.Fifth,to verify the influence mechanism of the elder’s demand expectations on the willingness of the shared community to live at home,the perceived service quality and perceived usefulness are selected as the intermediary variables,and the bootstrapping method is used to test the mediation effect.Finally,this thesis proposes that by innovating the way of community pension,creating a shared community and a shared pension platform,promoting the intelligent construction of community pension facilities,improving the laws and regulations on shared pension,strengthening publicity and popularization of science,etc.,reducing the cost of old age,improving the happiness of the elderly,allowing the elderly to increase the understanding of shared pension,and fully understanding the shared community home care model,it is more conducive to improving the willingness of the elderly to provide for the elderly.
