| In China’s 14 th Five-Year Plan,self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology should be regarded as strategic support for national development and the building of a powerful country in science and technology should be accelerated.Over the past decade,the number of high-tech enterprises in China has grown rapidly,playing an important role in supporting high-quality economic development.In recent years,facing the competitive pressure of domestic enterprises and the challenge of the international market,F Technology Co.,Ltd.is faced with the serious problem of loss of skilled employees,which will bring great constraints to the development of the company.Therefore,it is crucial to motivate skilled employees.Based on this,the author combines relevant motivational theories,combined with literature data method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method,to analyze the concept of technical employee incentives,and on the basis of relevant theories,aiming at the existence of F Technology Co.,Ltd.technical employees,through the analysis of the current situation of F Technology Co.,Ltd.technical staff motivation and employee satisfaction survey,we can know that the current F Technology Co.,Ltd.technical staff incentives,The salaries are unreasonable,the performance appraisal is unfair,the promotion channel is too single,and the spiritual motivation is empty.By sorting out the causes of the above problems,and then proposes improvement countermeasures to the problems.The author hopes to establish a scientific salary system to improve performance Effective measures to evaluate,optimize the promotion model of the enterprise,and strengthen the construction of corporate culture change the incentive problems existing in the technical staff of F Technology Co.,Ltd.Through the discussion in this article,the author hopes to have a deeper understanding of incentive-related content,and at the same time provide a reference for the optimization of corporate incentives. |
