In recent years,with the gradual improvement of China’s market economy,the spread and rapid development of the Internet,as well as the encouragement and stimulation of national macroeconomic policies,China’s express delivery industry continued to develop at a high speed,express business volume is always in a growth industry.Whileb being the earliest and largest courier enterprise in history,Y company is facing the situation of decreasing market share and customer satisfaction year by year.For a service-oriented enterprise such as Express,The business processes are more important than the output results.In order to open up the situation and increase market share,it is necessary to study the current business process problems of Company Y.The delivery business of Y company’s delivery business process in accordance with the operating procedures are generally divided into the following five phases,namely,ordering,collecting,sorting,transportation and dispatch,its delivery business process problems include manual verification of information,management confusion,high error rate;irregular,low efficiency,the staff comprehensive business ability is not strong;low delivery timeliness,low customer satisfaction,etc.According to the problems of Y company’s delivery business process,combined with the company’s actual optimization of Y company’s delivery process,Y company delivery business process optimization goal is: to reduce costs,improve customer satisfaction and improve competitive advantage.Optimization principle is based on the strategic objectives of the enterprise,process optimization is conducive to the integration of enterprise resources,business process optimization design and be combined with Y enterprise’s existing capabilities and the overall operation of the process after optimization,should reflect efficiency;Specific optimizations include the use of ECRSI analysis(E)to remove "repeated entry of member information" activities,the use of the ABC method to determine collection strategies in the collection process,and the use of ECRSI analysis(E and I),Delete to confirm whether the receiving address is within the scope of the postal service,delete the initiative to inform the quotation and stamp the security inspection three steps;Increase potential value-added activities,give away customer QR code detail sheet this action,in the sorting process of the transfer process using ECRSI analysis method(E)to reduce the sorting to the province process;During the delivery process,the delivery agent delivers the package during the user’s off-hours,sets up a pick-up point at the store at the door of the neighborhood,and Township and remote areas set up self-raising points to improve the volume of touts and user satisfaction.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of Y company delivery business process optimization program,but also from the organizational guarantee,human resources management guarantee,information technology guarantee and other related systems and other aspects of the protection,put forward a number of safeguards.
