Research On Risk Evaluation Of JN Post Company Express Delivery

With the growth of the national economy and the booming development of online shopping,the volume of express delivery business in China has grown rapidly,and the express delivery environment has become more complex,with increasingly fierce market competition.As an important part of express delivery business activities,express delivery faces increasing risk factors in the service process,and its risks are gradually becoming apparent.JN Postal Company,as a state-owned enterprise with many distribution points,great social influence,and a wide range of customer groups,has advantages.However,with the rapid growth of express delivery business volume,distribution risks have gradually emerged,and the distribution risk control measures are not perfect,seriously affecting customer satisfaction and the company’s business development.This thesis takes JN Postal Company as the research object,takes the evaluation of JN Postal Company’s express delivery risk as the research entry point,and conducts research on JN Postal Company’s express delivery risk.This thesis expounds on the research background and significance,summarizes and sorts out the current domestic and foreign research status on express delivery services,logistics distribution risks,and risk assessment,explains the relevant concepts and content related to express delivery,risk management,and express delivery risks,and provides theoretical basis for the identification and evaluation of express delivery risks for JN Postal Company.This thesis introduces the basic situation of JN Postal Company and the current situation of express delivery,and on the basis of summarizing and summarizing the existing research on express delivery risk identification,identifies JN Postal Company’s express delivery risk from internal and external through expert interviews,and selects the final risk indicator items,establishing a JN Postal Company distribution risk evaluation index system including 7 primary indicators and 22 secondary indicators.Using the analytical hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each level of indicators,adopting the expert investigation method to obtain the fuzzy relationship matrix corresponding to each indicator,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the risk of JN Postal Company’s current distribution business,and analyzing the evaluation results.The evaluation result shows that the comprehensive risk level of JN Postal Company’s express delivery risk is"general risk",and the personnel risk and commodity risk are"relatively high risk",the service quality risk and information transmission risk are"general risk",the distribution transportation risk and industry competition risk are"relatively low risk",and the macro-environmental risk is"low risk".Based on the comprehensive evaluation results of JN Postal Company’s express delivery risk,corresponding risk prevention and control measures are proposed from four aspects:personnel risk,information transmission risk,commodity risk,and service quality risk.The research results of this thesis can provide theoretical guidance for JN Postal Company’s express delivery risk control,and have reference significance for other private express delivery companies to carry out distribution risk evaluation and control.
