Research On Financial Risk Early Warning And Control Of XCKG Real Estate Company

In recent years,the state has successively introduced a series of regulatory policies for the real estate industry,such as land purchase policy,housing purchase restriction policy and so on.It has repeatedly stressed the housing property and insisted on the general tone of “ housing does not fire ”,which to some extent inhibits the continuous development of the real estate industry.Since 2019,financial supervision has been continuously tightened.With the introduction and implementation of the new “ three lines and four levers ”regulations,the financing environment of the real estate industry has become tighter and tighter.Being confined by the high debt and high leverage of the industry,the survival pressure of enterprises is increasing.Under the influence of various factors,real estate enterprises face more risks and challenges.As a result,real estate enterprises timely identification and assessment of the actual operation of the financial risks and their causes,and take positive and effective response measures,has become a top priority for enterprises to achieve better development.This paper selects XCKG real estate company as an example for financial risk early warning control research.This paper first collected and collated the domestic and foreign scholars on financial risk and early warning model literature.Then,the financial risks of enterprises are sorted out from different aspects.Under the logic of risk identification,risk assessment,early warning model establishment and risk response,combined with the economic environment at home and abroad and the actual situation of the current development of the real estate industry,XCKG real estate enterprises are carefully evaluated and analyzed to find out the financial risk factors in the development process and analyze the causes of risks.Finally,on this basis,based on the enterprise itself and industry macro policy management and control of the two angles put forward specific solutions,so as to help XCKG real estate company to establish a scientific financial risk early warning mechanism,in order to be able to timely and effectively determine the financial situation of enterprises and the existence of hidden dangers,strengthen financial control efforts,and constantly improve the risk control system,promote enterprise profits have been greatly improved,guide enterprises to better direction of development and progress.
