After the reform and opening,with accelerated urbanization,real estate has disappeared through a glorious thirty years,and the construction of socialism.However,the following problems are the high real estate price,the growing market foam,and the serious deviation between the real estate price and the use price.In order to avoid the negative impact of the real estate boom,the country has introduced a range of policies to determine the positioning of "non-speculation in real estate",with the aim of curbing various acts of speculation and leveraged purchases.Many real estate companies have experienced thunderstorms and systemic hazards in recent years.Apart from the COVID-19 impact and policy swings,the most important reason is the indiscriminate expansion of real estate investment and the scale of construction,the scale of liabilities is too high,and the real estate enterprises do not attach importance to financial risk prevention and control.Therefore,in the new era,finding financial risks in advance YG Company.This article first collected and sorted out relevant literature on financial risks and early warning models up to now,and then combined with the economic environment at home and abroad and the actual situation of the current development of the real estate industry,sorted out the financial risks of enterprises from different aspects.Under the logic of risk identification,risk assessment,early warning model establishment,and risk response,it carefully analyzed YG Company,Identify the financial risk factors that exist in its development process and analyze the reasons for the risks.Finally,based on this,specific solutions are proposed based on the enterprise itself,in order to help YG Company establish a scientific financial risk early warning mechanism,in order to timely strengthen financial control efforts,continuously improve the risk control system,promote a significant increase in enterprise profits,and play a reference role for the development of China’s real estate industry and other real estate enterprises,And hopes that the real estate industry can maintain a healthy development in the future.
