With the rapid development of economic globalization and the continuous improvement of science and technology,the internal competition in the manufacturing industry has intensified.To simultaneously improve production efficiency to ensure product quality,the company adopts a streamlined production line to manufacture products.Although the streamlined operation mode of the production line enables continuous operation of each station,due to the different working hours of each station,the workload of each station in the production line system is unbalanced,resulting in loss of working hours and production stagnation other undesirable phenomena.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the production line balance.This paper starts from multiple dimensions,investigates the research status of production line balance at home and abroad,introduces the theoretical method of production line balance evaluation and optimization and Flexsim simulation software,and lays a theoretical foundation.By constructing the production line evaluation index system and HR company’s freezer assembly production line optimization model,starting from the qualitative and quantitative dimensions,and based on empirical data,the production line system is evaluated and optimized,and a complete set of production line system optimization plans are proposed to solve the actual production line system efficiency.low problem.First,conduct an on-site investigation on the production line,collect relevant data,draw the process layout diagram of the HR company’s freezer assembly production line,and establish a database;Using the fishbone diagram,Pareto diagram,28 principles,and other IE methods to evaluate and analyze the current situation of this production line system,and excavate four key factors that affect the balance of the production line.Then draw a mountain area table to visualize the station operation.Use the 5W1 H questioning technology,the four principles of ECRS,and process program analysis to qualitatively optimize the HR company’s refrigerator assembly line system so that the production line system achieves the initial balance.Secondly,for the production line system after the initial optimization,using the 0-1 integer programming theory,the mathematical model of the HR company’s freezer assembly production line optimization was constructed,and the LINGO software was used to program the solution to further quantitatively optimize the production line system to obtain the optimal results.Finally,the Flexsim simulation method is used to build a simulation model for production line evaluation,and the results after two optimizations are evaluated and analyzed;through research and analysis,it can be seen that the balance rate of HR company’s refrigerator assembly line has increased from 25.54% to 75.08%>70%,and each The average working rate of workstations increased from 29% to 76%,the average idle rate decreased from 71% to 24%,the maximum single-day production capacity increased from 734 to 1312,the smoothing index decreased from 75.40 to 20.58,and the personnel decreased from 36 to 20.58.23 people and the production cycle were reduced from 107.93 seconds to 60.34 seconds,which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the production line optimization scheme proposed in this paper.From the perspective of the system,this paper optimizes the HR company’s refrigerator assembly production line qualitatively and quantitatively,which can improve the balance state of the production line system and balance the workload of each station.After the optimization,the efficiency of the whole production line is further improved.It can be seen that the combination of the IE theoretical method and the mathematical model of the production line is of great significance to improve the balance of the production line of the enterprise.
