| LTFZ is an international textile and garment company with an industrial chain from design and development to manufacturing and marketing services.Up to now,it has established cooperative relations with more than 20 countries and regions,and its production and operation performance has been ranked among the top in the industry.In recent years,with the rapid development of industry and the international domestic situation shock,the company’s production and operation performance has been greatly affected,coupled with the company’s internal management system is not scientific,not standardized,resulting in a lack of competence of management personnel and the phenomenon of talent loss,which seriously affects the achievement of the company’s long-term established goals.Talent plays an important role in the transformation of science and technology and the application of productivity in the competition of industry and enterprises.Middle managers,as participants in strategic decision-making,promoters and executors of decision-making,are the backbone of enterprise development.The level of their ability and quality greatly affects the pace of enterprise progress and development.In order to help the company out of the dilemma and ensure that the company’s revenue always maintains a leading position,it is necessary to cultivate and select a group of excellent middle-level management talents,put them in appropriate positions to exercise,further enlarge the proportion of value output,and drive the enterprise to maintain a leading position.On the basis of summarizing the competency theories and models at home and abroad,this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of LTFZ middle managers,and puts forward the characteristic structure of corporate middle managers model based on the results of behavioral event interviews.Then the questionnaire was designed according to the characteristic structure of the model.After the questionnaire survey,a series of analysis,statistics and verification were conducted on the data results.Then the hierarchical analysis method was applied to calculate the weights of each index,and the competency model of middle managers was constructed from four dimensions: business management,team management,interpersonal relationship,and self-improvement.In terms of application,this paper mainly discusses a series of practical research on the competency model in the subsequent selection,assessment and training of middle management personnel,expecting to introduce the competency model to systematically improve a set of scientific and standard index evaluation system,help the company accurately and efficiently select and train excellent middle management personnel,continuously improve the overall level of team quality,enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise,and further enrich the competency-related theoretical research. |
