| The business philosophy of an enterprise consists of social culture,historical accumulation and cutting-edge theories.Chinese traditional private enterprises take families and gangs as the organizational carriers,emphasize internal loyalty and absolute obedience,and form a bureaucratic management system with obedience as the evaluation standard.After China’s entry into WTO,Chinese enterprises are connected with the international supply chain,and the international advanced management concept is introduced into China.In order to adapt to the new situation and the changes in the supply chain,some private enterprises implement new management methods based on international cutting-edge theories.However,the frontier theory originates from western economic ethics and market tradition,which is incompatible with the business philosophy pursued by China’s private enterprises.JC company is a large private enterprise,which has built a strict bureaucratic management system.In the process of implementing the integration strategy,the strategy is one-sided understood as the external extension of bureaucratic management.However,the company does not have an advantage in procurement and sales,so it is unable to promote the integration strategy to the supply and channel links,let alone integrate suppliers and channel providers into the bureaucratic management system,and the coverage is seriously insufficient.Based on the case analysis method,this paper sets JC Petrochemical Group as the research object to explore the feasible path for traditional enterprises to improve the integration strategy.Firstly,through the method of literature analysis,on the basis of combing similar studies,this paper expounds the common characteristics of China’s traditional enterprise integration strategy.Then,the internal and external environment faced by JC Petrochemical Group is introduced in detail to reflect its business environment.On this basis,this paper analyzes the implementation status of JC Petrochemical Group’s integration strategy,and names the traditional strategy as bureaucratic integration strategy according to the driving mode.Starting from the coverage,this paper analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional strategy and comes to the necessity of improving the integration strategy.Based on the above analysis,the article again uses the SWOT analysis framework to build a service driven integration strategy on the basis of combing the internal and external conditions.The main feature of this strategy is to use ERP system to build a service platform to help affiliated enterprises.The research shows that the new strategy is superior to the bureaucratic integration strategy in terms of coverage,customer adhesion and cost,and can provide support for the development of JC Petrochemical Group.Through the research on the integration optimization of JC Petrochemical Group,this paper can promote the integration strategy to the links of supply and channel,and integrate it into the hierarchical management system to improve the competitiveness.At the same time,we hope to use advanced theory to design a new integration strategy,which can help JC and other private enterprises sublimate management theory,connect with international supply chain,and get inspiration in other management. |
