With the rapid development of economic globalization and informationtechnology diversification, supply chain management is becoming more significant forthe development of enterprises, in other words supply chain management is necessaryelement. The traditional business management can not keep up with the rapiddevelopment of enterprises, which has been replaced by new supply chainmanagement, especially supply chain management with E-commerce. This paperindicates the significances of supply chain, supply chain management and supply chainintegration for the development of BF Group. This paper shows new supply chain andthe significances of supply chain integration for the internal and external of theenterprise after BF Group’s restructuring of enterprise through literature researchmethod, information research method and comparative analysis method. Also itdiscusses the supply chain integration because of information technology.This article discusses the enterprise does not only pay attention to internalmanagement, but also external relation with upstream and downstream enterprises byexpounding and comparing between traditional enterprise operation and new supplychain. Therefore, the enterprises pay attention to own core business, while buildinglong relationships with material suppliers and downstream cooperative partnersactively by information sharing.It expounds the research of supply chain integration, also shows the threeelements of supply chain integration including information integrating, logisticsintegrating and cash flow integrating. In this article, it shows that supply chain is beingintegrated with three elements being integrated and the relationship between internaland external enterprise.In this article, it shows the changes after BF Group’s restructuring. Theintegration from internal enterprise to external enterprise makes the whole industrychain consummation. BF Group expands the relative businesses by the advantage ofcore business, which enhances market influence.BF Group insists on the diversified enterprise development strategy, through the implementations of single brand strategy, staff incentive mechanism strategy, directselling strategy, outsourcing strategy and information integration strategy.Through the development of BF Group during the past decade, when the changesbetween traditional mandatory and market operations, it researches the transformationsof internal and external BF Group by supply chain integration strategy, whichimproves the competitive power of BF Group.
