In this era of knowledge-based economy,more and more enterprises have deeply realized that human resources have a decisive role in the success of the organization.Human's uniqueness,irreplaceable and imitability determine that human resources are the key strategic resources that constitute the competitive advantage of the enterprise in the industry.At the same time,with the integration of China and the world,more and more parents begin to attach importance to children's English education,and children's English training institutions have also been developing rapidly,but they also exposed many problems.As the competition between children English training industry is becoming more and more hot,there will be more and more fierce competition between the organizations and other key resources,such as students and teachers.If enterprises do not seize the opportunities and seize the beachhead,they will face severe challenges and unprecedented pressure.In this context,as a small and micro enterprise of children's English training institutions,if you want to keep their own acres of land,even open territory,in addition to marketing planning,the introduction of famous teachers,strong propaganda and other aspects,it is more clear that as a service based enterprise,people are the key to the whole enterprise life and death.Therefore,how to mobilize the enthusiasm of faculty and staff,and further enhance their working efficiency and centripetal force,is a serious consideration for enterprises.Whether it is children's English training institutions or all enterprises with human core,it is important to realize the importance of the establishment of human resource management system.Only in this way can we survive in the rapidly changing market economy,and can deal with all kinds of risk challenges.Based on the characteristics of children's English training industry in China,combining the theory of human resource management and modern enterprise management theory,this paper takes the Guilin GLR children English training school(hereinafter referred to as GLR children English for short)as a research example,through the combination of theoretical overview,the status quo analysis,and the future development of the road to make a prospect.The conclusion is that GLR children's English should eventually reach the goal of modernizing management,while emphasizing the improvement of the professional teaching level,the work of human resource management is also indispensable.At the same time,this paper,based on the reality,gives a deep analysis of the practical problems related to the management of recruitment,training,evaluation and salary related to human work,and makes full use of the theory of human resource management to make a thorough discussion on how to complete the improvement.According to the field survey and data analysis,it is found that the role of human resource management is becoming more and more important in the development of GLR children's English,and its development and utilization has become one of the leading strategic resources in the development process of children's English training schools.The core of human resource management is the building of teaching team,and maintaining its stability is very important.GLR children's English belongs to the private school.In retrospect of the development process,if there is a great mobility in a certain period of teachers' team,the teaching quality is bound to appear as a whole,and the problems of customer satisfaction,school popularity and employee loyalty will become increasingly prominent.Therefore,GLR children English should reflect deeply on this,and find the means and methods to prevent the loss of high quality teachers' resources as much as possible,which plays an important role in improving the core competitiveness of the school in this field.Now,there are many private enterprises in our country.The human resources are relatively weak.The private training schools must not take care of them.It is necessary to pay attention to the establishment of human resources system.For example,the construction of human resources and configuration,assessment mechanism,performance appraisal,reward and punishment system,salary and welfare system.Now we are in the era of big data,the information is expanding,the development needs talent,the private children English training industry can not lack the high-quality teachers.They are the source of the development of the school,the future of the development of private schools,and also the good and bad quality of the teaching.At present,the biggest problem of GLR children's English human resource management is the lack of management experience,lack of integrity and goal of human resource planning,unsound training mechanism,unfair salary management and imperfect performance appraisal system.In view of the above problems,GLR children English should change management thinking The road,the introduction of the advanced concept,the formulation of a scientific and reasonable recruitment plan,the formulation of a performance appraisal as the standard of salary system,the establishment of a training system suitable for the development of the company,and the construction of the corporate culture with its own characteristics,further planning the means and methods of GLR children's English in human resource management.In the course of the development of the market economy,it is very important to use advanced mechanisms such as people and educating people to promote GLR children's English to break through the existing difficulties,and to better develop and achieve better results.Finally,through the examination of the effect of the new human resource management system implemented gradually,and the data analysis,the satisfaction survey and so on,it is concluded that the improved human resource management system is in line with the current development trend of GLR children's English,and plays an important role in promoting the organization.Type small micro enterprises play an inspiring role.At the same time,through the analysis of all kinds of problems,we can find out theshortcomings and problems of the management system in the implementation.After the subsequent adjustment,we can provide some reference for the future development.In the view of the non-government funded education,this paper puts forward some common strategies and methods for the management of human resources in children's English training schools,hoping to provide a reference for the healthy development of the industry.
