Abstract/Summary:
Changing of world economic integration and globalization competition environment,an enterprise to get advantage in the market competition status and continue to keep the benign development,depend on not only the material resources,but the master of human resource management strategic planning of advanced thought.Small micro enterprise competition in the current development has several characteristics different from other types of enterprises:the investment subject structure of ownership and diversified;High labor intensity,polarization,industrial structural contradiction;Uneven development,regional obvious advantages of regional cluster features;Vulnerable,easily affected by external environment change.Several features of this problem is main or around people,human resource planning,reasonable allocation of positions,more and more become the enterprise to obtain competitive advantage,effective realization enterprise strategic goals,sustainable development is the most important resources,human resources management also gradually toward the strategic management.The knowledge economy,the high and new technology and modern management idea of people has become the driving force behind economic development.This article is divided into seven chapters,by analyzing several aspects discusses emphatically.First,discuss the research background and significance,research ideas,research methods and contents and research value.Second,the definition of narrative small micro enterprise standards,staffing,post analysis and personnel configuration of theoretical basis,research field dynamic development at home and abroad and characteristics;Mainly in this paper,the small micro enterprise personnel post configuration status and characteristics;Around the small micro enterprise post personnel and their features,configuration,principle,post personnel configuration tasks,personnel dimension requirements as well as job role configuration principle,small micro enterprise personnel post configuration dimensions and role analysis.Third,the design of small micro enterprise configuration questionnaire,description,job configuration data,digging out the small micro enterprise post configuration and allocation efficiency of existing problems and the reasons;Put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of optimizing personnel post configuration;Through the cost of human resources,human resources structure,work load,evaluation mechanism,the influence factors such as the talent training mechanism,find a solution to response to the direction of the post configuration.Finally,is the overall summary for this article.Make good use of human resources jobs configuration advantages,reasonable optimize the use of enterprise human resource structure;Fully perfect human resource performance assessment mechanism,make enterprise and staff’s own career planning system construction,make small micro enterprise personnel post configuration orderly benign dynamic development process,continuous study and practice better service for the enterprise,create more value for the social economic development.
