Training in the contemporary enterprise human resources system plays an important role, but also affects the survival and development of enterprises. China’s small and medium enterprises is an important force of the national economy is also a new impetus to economic growth, but at present by the domestic business environment, the challenge and the competition of foreign enterprises, so that the survival and development of small and medium enterprises are facing tremendous pressure.Enterprise’s competition in the final analysis will be transformed into enterprise talent competition, and small and medium enterprises in the talent recruitment,attracting talent is short board, so how to effectively improve and improve the enterprise training management, training personnel, which will be the basis for the survival and development of SMEs, but also an important issue of small and medium enterprises in china.As an important economic and financial center of Northeast China, Dalian is one of the most important ports in the country, and has a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition, based on the advantages of government policy,business environment and port area, small and medium enterprises in Dalian, more powerful than other areas of small and medium enterprises, can more effectively apply advanced training ideas and methods to the actual operation of the enterprise.Through questionnaire survey and interview method, we find that the main problems in the training of small and medium sized enterprises in Dalian are: the lack of professional training management personnel, training methods is not flexible, lack of demand analysis, assessment and assessment is not perfect, the lack of follow-up of the training and follow-up. And in the course of the visit to learn from the experience,and then combine the theory and my practical experience to organize into a case.In this research, we propose the improvement suggestions and countermeasures fromthree aspects: the training of learning culture, organization and management, and training process management.On the theoretical level, based on the theory of lifelong education, enterprise training management theory and learning organization theory, the theory of social science, psychology, pedagogy in recent years, the emergence of the new theory,enrich and improve the theoretical basis of enterprise training management. In the practical level, it provides a reference for improving the efficiency of small and medium enterprises. |
