prepared a new schedule management plan.In addition,according to the actual situation of the project,the organizational structure of the project was optimized to effectively implement the project schedule control;By detailing the job responsibilities of project team members,to eliminate the phenomenon of delayed work caused by unclear division of labor;By strengthening the training of project team members’ business ability and management ability,the training schedule was formulated to organize the training of project team members at different levels and in an all-round way.Strengthen team consciousness and cohesion of project team members by clarifying project team objectives,establishing team spirit,establishing reasonable incentive mechanism and strengthening communication;By improving the supervision mechanism of the project,setting up tracking plans,monitoring points and establishing A stage review system,the project schedule of A geographical indication agricultural products digital management platform can be optimized and controlled.With the help of the method of combining theoretical research and empirical study,this paper improves the schedule management system of the project through A series of schedule improvement and optimization design based on the research of the project team of A geographical indication agricultural products digital management
