Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Protection Of Geographical Indications Of Agricultural Products In Taizhou

By reviewing the related theories of the protection of geographical indications of agricultural products,analyzes the problems in protection of geographical indications of agricultural products,especially as a result of the protective factors are not in place,cause research problems,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the relevant problems.The protection of geographical indications of agricultural products is an important part of agricultural development,is to enhance the visibility of agricultural products and promote the development of agricultural productivity and the source of power.This paper uses literature research method,survey method,case analysis method and empirical analysis method to analyze the Taizhou area geographical indications of agricultural products ensure the existence of problems in the process of development,this paper expounds the present situation of the protection of geographical indications of agricultural products:(1)the Taizhou area geographical indications of agricultural products and orderly development,there has been some good agricultural products the successful application of geographical indications;(2)the development of attention of government agricultural products of geographical indications,the planned future development goals;(3)the Taizhou area a good atmosphere for the development of geographical indications of agricultural products.But after seeing the good side of the development at the same time,we also see the existing problems in the development of the protection of geographical indications:(1)the quality of agricultural products(2)in uneven in quality;sales,household information,sales enthusiasm is not high;(3)the consumer understanding of the geographical indications of agricultural products;(4)Department of agriculture,the regulation is not in place,the geographical indications of agricultural products supervision,chaos;(5)the government’s support for geographical indications of agricultural products is not enough,the lack of financial investment;(6)there is no specific legal protection of geographical indications of agricultural products.And analyzes the causes of problems:(1)the development of the geographical indications of agricultural products in China started late,there are many details are still under study;(2)for the management of geographical indications,there are three departments of management,will inevitably lead to the phenomenon of poor management.According to the relevant theories of causes and problems,clear the future of agricultural products in Taizhou area of geographical indication protection development direction,put forward some countermeasures:(1)agricultural producers to improve geographical indications of agricultural product quality;(2)geographical indications of agricultural products sales of agricultural products should be added into the development mode of "Internet plus",real time master of information;(3)further intensify propaganda,improve consumer awareness of geographical indications of agricultural products,the use of their brand effect;(4)the agriculture department should strengthen the supervision and strict law enforcement;(5)the government and the geographical indications of agricultural products in terms of financial investment;(6)improve the laws and regulations on the the protection of geographical indications of agricultural products;(7)strengthen agricultural scientific research departments and education departments,actively innovation,strengthen the competitiveness of agricultural products of geographical indications.
