Since the 21st century,the global economic structure has experienced significant restructuring.The financial shared services companies have started to initiate various of robotic process automation projects,it is to replace expensive labor cost with virtual programs.However,to manage the project more efficiently and professionally,the RPA project has increased the requirements for the optimal use of human resources and sustainable development.How to allocate human resources for RPA projects has become a topic that the companies need to think about.In this thesis,the author uses academic and professional knowledge of human resource allocation and project management to address the problems encountered by the IC Co E of PF company.The author analyzed the current situation in the project from several aspects and leverage the questionnaire survey method to find out that RPA project has unclear role and responsibilities,always has serious overtime and low capacity.The author analyzed the root causes of the problems,as well as leverage many years of project management experience and Human resources working experience,along with a lot of literature researching,to propose an effective solution.The author designed a reasonable organization chart according to the work breakdown structure,used a strong role and responsibility matrix approach to design the human resource structure,updated the human resource plan according to the project schedule and did a good job of matching talents with jobs.It is not only to contribute on long-term development of the department and project,but also to support the personal and career development of the employees.Additionally,the author designed a scientific approach of the training.Designed new solution guarantee from the three aspects of policies,culture and external recruitment.The study result of this thesis has sufficient implications for the RPA projects in the shared services and has reference implications for the improvement of human resource allocation for new types of projects that are cross-disciplinary,cross-functional,and crossknowledge areas.It provides a way of thinking for companies seeking new technological means to improve the allocation of human resources in the way they work...
