Agriculture is the foundation that supports the construction and development of our national economy,and the distribution of agricultural products is an important issue that affects people’s livelihood.In recent years,consumers’ demand for agricultural products has gradually increased,their demand for freshness is higher,and with the normalization of residents’ online shopping,agricultural products e-commerce has become an important carrier for the circulation of agricultural products,especially fruit and vegetable agricultural products are loved by everyone to a higher degree,and fresh e-commerce is an important way for their circulation.However,contradictory to the people’s demand,the high loss rate and high cost of circulation of agricultural products in China are particularly prominent problems,which have become the main factors restricting the upward movement of agricultural products.How to transport the agricultural products from the production area to the distribution area with low cost,high quality and short time efficiency has become a common concern for the government,enterprises and consumers.Therefore,this paper takes the circulation process of fruit and vegetable agricultural products of fresh e-commerce enterprises as the research object,and through the research on the construction of fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics network and the decision problem of distribution of fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics assignment,achieves the purpose of reducing the loss of fruit and vegetable agricultural products and reducing the circulation cost of fruit and vegetable agricultural products,which is of great significance to promote the upstreaming of fruit and vegetable agricultural products,promote the development of agricultural economy and promote the innovative development of fresh e-commerce industry.It is important to promote the upstreaming of fruit and vegetable agricultural products,promote the development of agricultural economy and promote the innovative development of fresh produce e-commerce industry.The fruit and vegetable agricultural product logistics network construction problem studied in this paper is a combined optimization problem including origin warehouse location and path planning,this problem is an NP-hard problem,and also has the characteristics of precooling and timeliness.The decision problem of fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics workload allocation needs to consider multiple decision parties and factors affecting the decision,and integrate into the decision model to make the decision more scientific.Therefore,how to model the two problems and solve them according to the above characteristics is the challenge to be overcome in this study.In response to the difficulties and characteristics of the above two problems,the following research work is carried out in this paper.Firstly,this paper defines and analyzes the problem under study and constructs a research framework.Secondly,for the construction of the logistics network of fruit and vegetable agricultural products,the shortest logistics network including the location of origin warehouse and path planning is constructed by using steiner minimum tree method with the starting point of shortening the total transportation distance of "the first mile";At this time,the logistics network contains several origin warehouse candidates,and the entropy method is used to determine the construction point of the final origin warehouse,so as to determine the transportation distance between the origin warehouse and the central warehouse of the selling city,and to lay the foundation for the establishment of the unit transportation cost function later.Then,for the fruit and vegetable agricultural products logistics workload allocation decision problem,the logistics outsourcing strategy is considered to reasonably allocate the logistics workload,and a bi-level programming decision model with fresh produce e-commerce enterprises and cold chain logistics enterprises as decision makers is constructed,an improved plant growth simulation algorithm is used to solve bi-level programming problems,comparison with literature from refereed journals to verify the validity of the algorithm.Finally,a numerical calculation example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model and algorithm in this paper,and the calculation results are analyzed to give suggestions for enterprise development.In conclusion,from the perspective of cost control and taking into account the quality of fruit and vegetable agricultural products,this paper takes the layout of "the first mile" logistics network and the reasonable distribution of the logistics workload of the cold chain trunk transportation link as the entry point to provide reference for reducing the loss of agricultural products,reducing the cost of agricultural products circulation and promoting the upward movement of agricultural products.
