Study On Pension Risk And Its Influencing Factors Of Land-expropriated Farmers In Nong’an County

At present,under the background of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the rural development in the new era is facing many reforms.2021 is the first year of the "14th Five-Year Plan".Facing new opportunities and new challenges,Nong’an County,as a major agricultural county,is also rapidly advancing the pace of agricultural modernization and urbanization.Under this development background,the government and market behaviors that expropriated a large number of rural collective land have made the land-expropriated farmers lose their land,completely changed their original way of life,and made them lose the source of old-age security.The problem of old-age risks has already become It has become a common concern of land-expropriated farmers.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to comprehensively analyze and study the pension risks and influencing factors of the land-expropriated farmers,actively improve the pension security policy for the land-expropriated farmers,and effectively maintain and protect the vital interests of the land-expropriated farmers.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,household interview method,quantitative analysis method and other research methods,and takes the special group of land-expropriated farmers as the research object in accordance with the research idea of "proposing problems-analyzing problems-solving problems".,by analyzing the relevant policies of the endowment insurance for the land-expropriated farmers in Nong’an County and the implementation effect of the current policies,in-depth summary of the endowment security of the land-expropriated farmers in Nong’an County.Based on the risk theory and sustainable livelihood theory,this paper takes the pension risk of the land-expropriated farmers as a new entry point,designs a questionnaire,and divides the22 townships in Nong’an County into five regions: central,northeast,northwest,southeast,and southwest,and sends out the questionnaire.300 copies,and 281 valid samples were recovered.Combined with sample data,a statistical description of the family situation,individual situation,land acquisition situation and pension situation of farmers whose land is expropriated in Nong’an County is carried out.Effectively integrate the data obtained from the field survey,and conduct an empirical analysis on the factors affecting the pension risk of the land-expropriated farmers through the binary Logistic regression model,and draw the research conclusion.First,the endowment insurance benefits of land-expropriated farmers in Nong’an County cannot meet the living needs of land-expropriated farmers;second,among the five major regions of Nong’an County,the pension security work in areas with faster economic development is better;third,in the sample data,only 0.4% of the land was expropriated.Farmers said they are not too worried about pension risks;fourth,the individual resources,family resources,economic resources,pension resources,natural resources and other resources of land-expropriated farmers have a significant impact on their pension risks.In view of the research conclusions,in order to effectively resolve the pension risks of the land-expropriated farmers,safeguard the rights and interests of the land-expropriated farmers,and build a sustainable pension protection mechanism,the author proposes to improve the pension insurance policy,strengthen the main responsibility of the government,and strengthen the social attention of the land-expropriated farmers.’s suggestion.
