landless farmers’ willingness to expropriate land and their satisfaction afterwards has progressed under the intervention of the state policy,and the solution to the problem of advance willingness to expropriate land leads to the problem of employment for landless farmers.Ensure the living conditions of conqueror farmers or improve the living conditions of conqueror farmers,we will organize vocational skills training for landless farmers,make the use of land acquisition open and transparent,let landless farmers know who their land is acquired by,fair and reasonable compensation,open prior willingness and satisfaction after land acquisition.The findings of the study mainly illustrate that the ex ante willingness of landless farmers to land expropriation is influenced by various factors,and the differences highlighted by personal,family,psychological and policy factors of landless farmers,while the ex post satisfaction is influenced by three aspects of farmers’ intention before land expropriation,the resolution of problems during land expropriation and the current situation of life after land expropriation,and a detailed analysis of these three aspects is conducted.In order to improve the living conditions of the landless farmers after land expropriation,we train to enrich farmer’s culture life after taking over the land,increase the compensation for resettlement after land expropriation,and allow the landless farmers to have the right to know in the process of land expropriation and understand the land in detail.the main purpose of expropriation.In fact,we should consolidate the guide to support the employment problem of difficult farmers,establish an exclusive department for sharing resources for employment security of landless farmers,and send
