After Shanxi Province entered an aging society, the aging situation in rural areas has gradually become serious, resulting in a shortage of rural labor resources and challenges to the application of social security and medical resources. How to solve the social problems caused by the aging of the rural population and provide better old-age security for the elderly in rural areas is an important issue of rural social development in Shanxi Province.my country’s land policy clearly stipulates that rural land is "collectively owned by farmers",but as an intangible asset, land use rights are at the disposal of farmers.Land trusteeship is the most common and common way of rural land transfer, and it is also a key point of continuous exploration on the road to solving the problem of rural aging in my country.Yaodu District of Linfen City is a typical rural area in Shanxi Province. The population is aging significantly and the land trusteeship data is abundant. The research on the willingness to trust the land of the aging farmers has a strong representativeness;to explore the influence of the willingness of the aging farmers to land trust. It can provide a basis for the local government to formulate or optimize land trusteeship policies and regulations, can provide reference for land trustee units to implement trusteeship work, can provide a reference for the development of land trusteeship work in other rural areas in Shanxi Province, and can provide reference for land transfer in rural areas of Shanxi Province. The realization of social value has extensive practical value. This study uses literature analysis, data analysis and empirical analysis to discuss the current situation of land trusteeship in Yaodu District and the willingness of aging farmers to trust land.40.04% of the total population, there is a phenomenon of population aging;the elderly over 60 years old account for 19.71% of the total population, more than 10%,and the population is aging seriously. The aging population has put more pressure on the production of young and middle-aged labor, and the application of medical resources and social security has grown rapidly.60% of the agricultural land in Yaodu District participates in land trusteeship, and the land trusteeship has formed a fixed model, showing its good role in promoting the agricultural economy and social value.Second,60% of the aging farmers in Yaodu District are willing to participate in the land.Trusteeship and trusteeship willingness vary in their personal characteristics,old-age security, family structure, production and operation, and land trusteeship cognition; The degree of dependence on others, the number of family labor, the participation of elderly farmers in family affairs, the level of family income, the degree of intensification of production and operation, the type of crops planted, the degree of awareness of the meaning of land trusteeship, the recognition of the role of land trusteeship for the elderly, and the understanding of land trusteeship Channel and hosting fee affordability13 factors affect their hosting willingness.Paying attention to the personal characteristics of aging farmers, improving the level of pension security for aging farmers, formulating trusteeship strategies according to the family structure characteristics of aging farmers, optimizing the structure of agricultural production and operation, and in-depth publicity and adjustment of fees can improve the willingness of aging farmers to trust land.
