In recent years,development problems have been shown one after another amid the continuous promotion of urban construction,especially environmental pollution,traffic congestion and inefficient land use.More cities are trying to solve these problems by taking urban rail transport as a breakthrough.In particular,with the advantage of the metro,the magnetic field effect of the metro station area is used to drive the integrated development of metro and land use,and promote the construction of the new regions along the metro and the transformation of the old ones.What’s more,urban prosperity will be encouraged and the city will be developed in an efficient,convenient and sustainable way.Metro enterprises in project development are often set up separately by metro construction groups,and oftentimes,no effective system has been formed in the company’s performance evaluation in the face of the new circumstance of multiple operations.As the subsidiary of SY metro group and the main body of SY metro TOD project development,SY metro operating company has,over the years,tried to use metro resources to carry out multiple operations.The thesis takes SY metro operating company as the object to research the performance evaluation system based on the balanced score card.Firstly,an overview of performance,the balanced score card and related theoretical foundations is given,and the research idea of constructing a balanced score card-based performance evaluation system in SY metro operating company is proposed through the literature on performance evaluation and the balanced scorecard at home and abroad;secondly,such basic information of SY metro operating company as its organizational structure,main business,current performance evaluation system and other research objects are introduced,the current situation of the company and the current performance evaluation system are analyzed,four problems of the current performance evaluation system and the reasons are pointed out,and the feasibility and necessity of introducing a performance evaluation system based on the balanced score card are proposed;thirdly,a strategic map of the company is drawn according to the strategic objectives of the company,and based on the map and research results,four indicators in financial,customer,internal procedures and learning and growth dimensions are determined for three levels of the balanced score card:company,departments,and individuals,and analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each indicator;finally,the performance evaluation system based on the balanced score card is simulated in conjunction with the indicators of the company in 2020,and the operation results are analyzed with related suggestions and countermeasures put forward.From a practical perspective.From the practical point of view,the balanced scorecard is used to construct the performance evaluation system of SY metro operation Company,hoping to promote the development of the company,improve its competitiveness,enhance its management,and provide help for the building of the performance evaluation system of enterprises of its kind.
