| KD asset management company is an economic entity with independent legal personality of zgkd.Its main business is school operational asset management.The current evaluation system of the company has some problems,such as the mismatch between the evaluation index and the strategy,the unscientific determination of the weight,and the performance evaluation mainly depends on subjective scoring.The perfection of performance evaluation system has become one of the key problems in the management of KD asset management company.This thesis is based on the literature review of the performance evaluation of University asset management companies,and closely combined with the actual situation of KD asset management company,this thesis analyzes the problems existing in the current performance evaluation system of KD asset management company.According to the relevant theory of Balanced Scorecard,the four dimensions of finance,customer,internal business process,learning and growth are taken as the primary indicators of the performance evaluation system of KD asset management company,According to the company’s overall strategy,the four dimensions are further decomposed into 16 secondary indicators.Using analytic hierarchy process,expert opinion method and other methods to determine the weights of 4 primary indicators and 16 secondary indicators respectively,and then based on the established performance evaluation system and the collected relevant data of University asset management companies,the grey cloud model is used to score the data to obtain the comprehensive evaluation value.It is found that the performance evaluation system based on the Balanced Scorecard theory can comprehensively evaluate the strategic implementation of KD asset management company,and the evaluation results of KD asset management company in the financial dimension are not ideal.Finally,based on the performance evaluation results,the thesis puts forward relevant suggestions for the improvement of the operation and management of University asset management companies,and also puts forward two feasible measures for the implementation of the new performance evaluation system.This thesis has made some breakthroughs in the index design of University Asset Management Companies Based on the Balanced Scorecard and the performance scoring method of University asset management companies,and puts forward improvement measures for the improvement of KD asset management company’s performance evaluation system,which can also provide some reference for the performance evaluation research of other university asset management companies. |
