Labor dispatch is a new type of employment mode characterized by the separation of "application" and "employment" of human resources.With the continuous improvement of labor laws and regulations,the company’s comprehensive operation management has been gradually enhanced,the actual work efficiency of workers has been greatly improved,the advantages of professional talents have been effectively exerted,and excellent labor relations have gradually developed into the core that the company attaches great importance to today..With the in-depth implementation of the labor dispatch employment model,the continuous reform and innovation of comprehensive service positions,the continuous improvement of the comprehensive cultural literacy of workers,and the continuous improvement of comprehensive service benefits,labor dispatch employees with independent and flexible employment have injected new impetus into the development of credit cooperatives.A large number of fresh graduates with professional cultural and theoretical knowledge have been sent to various service outlets of credit cooperatives,which has promoted the growth of the professional talent team.Employee recruitment faces a whole set of problems and adversities that limit its further development.Based on the relevant theory of job recruitment,the author adopts literature research,field research,questionnaire survey and interview and other research methods,taking H city as an example,to study the problems and countermeasures of the recruitment of labor dispatched employees of rural credit cooperatives.Through the analysis of the current situation of labor dispatching employees of rural credit cooperatives in H City,it is identified that the recruitment of labor dispatching employees of rural credit cooperatives in H City mainly includes unreasonable allocation of recruitment plans,insufficient number of applicants,mismatch of personnel and positions,and the proposed recruiters give up reports and positions.Vacancy issues.The causes of these problems are analyzed,and it is found that the main reasons for these problems include inertial thinking in the formulation of recruitment plans,insufficient publicity and unreasonable recruitment conditions,single recruitment methods and insufficient talent reserves,and credit union labor dispatch positions.employee satisfaction is low.Based on the existing problems and causes,combined with the actual situation of the rural credit cooperatives in H city,the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward.Finally,through the establishment of an effective employee recruitment plan,the construction of a scientific and standardized recruitment process,the establishment of an evaluation index system for the recruitment of labor dispatched employees,and the analysis of the characteristic data of the labor dispatched employees of the credit cooperatives,the rural credit cooperatives labor dispatched employee recruitment system is mainly constructed.The optimization strategy proposed in this study can provide guidance and reference for the recruitment of rural credit cooperative labor dispatched employees.
