In 2022,on the basis of the Interim Regulations on express delivery,the state post office again added new regulations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of customers and promote the healthy development of the express industry.These measures put forward higher requirements for the express industry.In order to gain a place in the market competition under the new regulations and standards,many enterprises turn their attention to the identification of customer needs.In order to obtain more market profits,express delivery enterprises are willing to allocate most of their resources to the service mode accepted by most customers in the case of limited resources,and be willing to give priority to meeting the service needs of customers with high customer value.How to judge the profitability of customers and to obtain the demand structure of different demand groups have become an urgent problem for enterprise decisionmaking.From the perspective of enterprises,the paper discusses the identification method of express service demand guided by individual advantages.This paper takes the express service demand identification as the research object.Firstly,through literature induction and summary,this paper combs the research results related to the express service demand identification in the academic circles at home and abroad,defines the basic concepts of express service demand,demand identification,individual advantage and individual advantage identification.And it introduces the demand management theory,customer value management theory and the competitive theory,which lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research work.Secondly,in order to identify customer needs more pertinently,it describes the problem and constructs the research framework from two aspects:explicit demand and implicit demand of express service.On this basis,the individual advantage oriented explicit demand identification method of express service is proposed:the personalized advantage discrimination method is used to identify the demand index weight of each customer.Then,cluster analysis is carried out on the demand parameter structure,and the first theme of service demand is identified;it uses the similarity between the parameter structure of each type of customer demand and the first theme to describe the personalization degree of user demand and divide it into grades.The similarity between the parameter structure of each type of customer demand and the first theme is used to describe the personalization degree of user demand and divide it into grades,it uses RFM model to calculate group customer value and classify it.Furthermore,the final result of service demand identification is displayed by nine palace lattice matrix,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example.Next,the individual advantage oriented implicit demand identification method of express service is proposed:the paper obtains the implicit demand index of express service by observing the unconscious behavior of the target group,and collects the preference of each index in the form of intuitive fuzzy number through interviews,then it identifies the individual advantages of implicit demand and realize the division of user groups by clustering the weight results,and prove the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper through an example analysis.The recognition results comprehensively consider the weight structure of implicit demand for express service and the value of group customers,and numerical examples are used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.Finally,the paper summaries research conclusions and shortcomings of this paper.The paper proposes express service demand identification method based on individual advantage for meeting the application of fuzzy and accurate demand information.The method uses the individual advantage identification method to identify the weight structure of express service demand,and integrates the judgment of group customer value.It not only improves the objectivity of the two demand identification results,but also realizes the quantitative identification of implicit demand.The results have strong practical guiding significance for express service enterprises to allocate resources and provide personalized services.The paper uses the individual advantage identification method to identify the weight structure of express service demand,and it improves the objectivity of the identification results;Integrating the judgment of group customer value,the identification results have strongly practical guiding significance for express service enterprises to allocate resources and provide personalized services.
