Along with the new round of telecom restructuring and the releasing of 3G operating licenses, China telecom operators officially entered the era of 3G whole business competition.With the rapid development of network and technology of telecom,the environment and customer demands are changed greatly. Firstly, the firm's development can't be totally met and can't confront the drastic market competition just by voice service because of the reduce of the voice service's revenue;the continuing promotion of the service quality of the whole industrial and the gradual reduction of the gap between the major operators.Secondly,the information cosuming market and customer damand have been changed greatly and the chracteristics of customer demand is more personalized with differentiation,also the customer's requirements of service offered by telecom firms become stricter.Under such circumstane,Telecom operators all of the world take transformational measures one after another. China Mobile make efforts to be an expert in mobile information service;China Telecom put forward to become a modern Integrated information service provider and China Unioncom also proposed to be an international leading provider of comprehensive communication and information service. telecommunication commpanies set about diging out the customers'values deeply, gathering informations from daily life, business,entertainment to afford the customers with convenient,plentiful and distinct information services,and to rise the competition level and comprehensive values constantly.The study combine theoretical study with mpirical analysis and comprehesively use literature study;questionnaire and theory applications to analyze. First introduce the background and porpuse of this study and then dissect the present situation of China telecom operators based on the theories of information service;customer phychology and behavior;information cunsuming,along with the user demand study.At last from the telecom operators'current situation;information market competition environment and user desire aspects propose the business development strategies.
