With the improvement of living standard and the extensive application of web especially the Internet technology in people's daily life, the people's consumption idea and life styles has changed deeply, Individual demand becomes the mainstream. On account of the individual difference, consumers' demand differs in thousands ways. If the corporations can't receive consumers' real demand information, it will be difficult for them to supply the right products and service that the consumers need indeed. So this thesis starts to do some research in the operation of mode value nets.Value net is composed of clients, main corporation and suppliers. The main corporation is the organizer of the whole value net, which connects and communicates with clients through the clients choosing interface in order to receive consumers' real demand information. Then the main corporation delivers the ordered products and service to clients if it gains them through synchronous manufacturing with partners. From the point of operation, the value net includes these four parts: value orientation, operation designing, profits gaining and strategic controlling. This thesis has discussed them and compared the value net with traditional supply chain.Building strategic cooperative relationship with suppliers is the base of value net's efficient operation. However, choosing appropriative suppliers is the base of building this cooperative relationship. Presently, the evaluation of suppliers focus too much on static indexes, such as price, quantity and quality, and pays less attention to supplying flexibility, technology development capability and some other dynamic indexes, furthermore it generally runs short of the evaluation of information level, which is not fit for the evaluation of suppliers in the mode of value net any more.
