| As a new manufacturing model based on sharing economy,shared manufacturing is one of the pillars of intelligent manufacturing.Shared manufacturing pools idle manufacturing resources by the concept of sharing.It has the characteristics of breaking the information asymmetry and making full use of idle manufacturing resources.However,there are some problems in China’s manufacturing industry,such as low utilization efficiency of manufacturing resources and imbalance between the supply and demand of resources.Therefore,in this environment,the key to the development of shared manufacturing is to improve the matching efficiency of the supply and demand sides in the mass manufacturing resources.The construction of matching models which are more in line with actual situations has become an urgent need to solve the current problems.In this context,a study is constructed on one-to-one and one-to-many two-sided matching models of demanders and providers of manufacturing resources under the shared manufacturing platform.In order to ensure the diversity and integrality of information,this paper chooses the evaluation information in the form of language variable,interval number and preference order.Firstly,a two-sided matching model of shared manufacturing resources considering the psychological behavior of agents is constructed.The prospect theory and the grey relational analysis are combined to calculate the satisfaction degree.A one-to-one two-sided matching model is established which aims to maximize the satisfaction of both agents.Secondly,this paper proposes a two-sided matching model of shared manufacturing resources,which considers the individual collaboration effect and utilization of resources.The dynamic reference point is determined by the prospect theory.And the multi-stage evaluation information satisfaction is calculated.Then,a one-to-many two-sided matching model is established with the goal of maximum satisfaction and maximum utilization of resources.Thirdly,this research builds a stable two-sided matching model of shared manufacturing resources.Stable matching conditions are added to the model.A one-to-one two-sided matching model is constructed which aims to maximize the satisfaction of both agents and the benefits of the platform considering the matching priority.And numerical examples are used to verify the validity of all the matching models.Based on the two-sided matching model of shared manufacturing resources,the actual transaction of shared manufacturing is more suitable.And the interests of both the platform and the supply and demand sides can be protected.In addition,this paper enriches the research of the two-sided matching problem of manufacturing resources in shared manufacturing environment.It also brings the reference for the platform to provide more reasonable and stable matching results. |
