With the rapid development of transportation industry and the fast growth of Internet information technology in China,the informatization level and professional ability of logistics service have been increasingly improved.The rapid development of logistics service is conducive to reducing the logistics cost of enterprises,increasing the transportation efficiency of products and promoting the core competitiveness of enterprises.Meanwhile,high-quality logistics service can meet the needs of enterprise transportation and enhance the customers’ satisfaction.However,the existing third-party logistics service suggests that the logistics services supposed to connect with each other and promote each other are independent and short of effective integration,leading to the unreasonable configuration of the resources between the suppliers.Unclear about the strength of the logistics party,the demander in the logistics service has difficulty selecting a truly matched logistics enterprise.As a result,the logistics cost of the enterprise is increased and the competitiveness of the enterprise product is reduced.Thus some scholars have proposed to study the supply-and-demand matching problem in the logistics service from the perspective of the two-sided matching theory and have made some achievements.In this thesis,on the basis of two-sided matching theory,the characteristics and types of logistics service supply and demand matching are analyzed,its evaluation index is constructed and the two-sided matching model is provided by considering logistics service supply and demand complete preference order,uncertain preference order,incomplete preference order and intermediary preference degree.In addition,the decision method of two-sided matching is obtained by solving the problem.Therefore,this study will be carried out from the following aspects:(1)The concept,development,types and characteristics of logistics service supply and demand matching research are elaborated,four principles for logistics service supply and demand matching are proposed,and the four steps of establishing two-sided matching model of logistics service supply and demand are constructed and described in detail.The study has formed a theoretical system for the research of logistics service supply and demand matching,providing a theoretical basis for the problem research.(2)The demand-side matching satisfaction index system,supply-side matching satisfaction index system and intermediary-supply-side matching satisfaction index system are established.In response to the evaluation information of the indicators,the establishment of the matching satisfaction matrix between the logistics service is proposed by using linear satisfaction degree.Based on the matter-element theory,a fuzzy matter-element matrix of matching satisfaction is constructed,the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of each indicator in the indicator system of the demand side,the supply side,and the intermediary.Then the closeness is used to calculate the satisfaction ranking between the matching subjects of supply and demand of logistics services.(3)A two-sided matching decisive method for logistics service supply and demand based on complete preference order is proposed.Through the analysis of the demand and supply of logistics service suppliers and demanders,the satisfaction rankings transformed from the preference ordinal information by material element theory,with the consideration of the balance between the overall satisfaction of the logistics service supply and demand side and the individual satisfaction of the supply and demand side matching,two types of logistics service supply and demand two-sided matching decision models based on the complete preference order are constructed:(1)the overall satisfaction optimization model of many-to-many logistics service supply-demand matching;(2)the two-stage optimization model of many-to-many logistics service supply-demand matching.The method of solving the model is given,and the validity and practicability of the model proposed in this thesis is verified by case analysis.(4)A method for two-sided matching decision-making of logistics service supply and demand based on uncertain preference order is proposed.Furthermore,the uncertain preference ordinal vector is expressed by interval number,and calculated by interval number operation rules.Finally,it is transformed into interval number vector to get the sorted satisfaction.With these factors taken into consideration,a two-sided matching model of logistics service supply and demand under uncertain preference order is established based on NSGA-III.The validity and practicability of the model are verified by case analysis.(5)A two-sided matching decision-making method for logistics service supply and demand satisfaction based on intermediary preference is proposed.According to the intermediary’s satisfaction with the supply and demand side of the logistics service,and based on Bayes’ theorem,the satisfaction of mutual evaluation of supply and demand is adjusted to obtain the posterior satisfaction of mutual evaluation of supply and demand.A multi-objective optimization model based on intermediary preference is established to maximize the satisfaction of the supply and demand side and the benefits of the intermediary.Finally,the Hungarian method is used to solve the problem and a satisfactory two-sided matching scheme is obtained.The validity and practicability of the model are verified by case analysis.In a word,this thesis studies the concept of two-sided matching between supply and demand of logistics service and the decision making method of two-sided matching under different preference order.The research content can achieve the effective matching between the two sides of logistics service engineering,reduce the cost of enterprise transportation,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,increase the coordination between logistics enterprises and improve the role of logistics enterprises in material distribution.Besides,by analyzing the supply and demand matching in logistics service from a new perspective,this thesis offers a meaningful reference and guidance to the application of logistics service supply and demand matching in solving the practical problems.
