Career calling can stimulate employees’ work enthusiasm,increase their work initiative,positively affect their work performance behavior and thought,and have a good guiding role for employees’ work values,so as to stimulate self-identity and enjoy their work.Scholars have proved that the positive impact of employees’ perception of career call will promote employees’ positive efforts,improve work efficiency and personal performance,and increase organizational performance.In recent years,in the field of positive psychology,the research on the sense of job acquisition is increasing day by day.It is very meaningful to combine the sense of job acquisition with the workplace and explore the functional relationship between employees’ sense of job acquisition and job acquisition.Job remodeling can change the subjective behavior of employees,including the content of work,related resources,the relationship between colleagues and so on.This study focuses on how career call affects job acquisition,and clarifies the specific relationship between them and the role of job remodeling.This study investigates the literature of past scholars,puts forward research hypotheses and constructs a theoretical model,selects the domestic maturity scale and forms a questionnaire.By issuing questionnaires online and offline and collecting data samples,328 valid questionnaires were finally obtained.Through the questionnaire,we can understand the reality of employees’ career call and sense of job acquisition.Deeply explore the internal mechanism of career call,job remodeling and job acquisition.The analysis of variance of the collected data shows that demographic statistical variables have a significant impact on job acquisition,including gender,marriage and education.The correlation analysis shows that there is a significant correlation between each variable;Regression analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between job call and job acquisition;There is a positive correlation between job calling and job remodeling;There is a positive correlation between job remodeling and job acquisition;Job remodeling plays an intermediary role between career call and job acquisition.According to the research conclusions,provide relevant management opinions for enterprises,and enterprises should strengthen the positive guidance of career call;Create a positive organizational atmosphere;Establish a matching career call;Select and employ talents whose careers call for matching positions;Encourage employees to remodel their work independently,so as to promote the continuous progress and development of the enterprise.The research of this paper also gives specific measures for organizational management and development.By paying attention to and guiding the work remodeling of employees,employees can realize that their hard work has been rewarded accordingly,and can feel satisfaction on the basis of material and psychological acquisition,so as to improve the sense of work acquisition.
