| As China’s economy changes from high-speed growth to high-quality development,the traditional extensive industrial development model can no longer meet the current development needs,and it is urgent to change the development mode and improve the technological innovation ability of industrial enterprises.In 2019,investment in R&D personnel of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 5.74% compared with 2018.Compared with 2018,the internal expenditure of R&D funds increased by7.84%.Although the input of innovation resources is increasing,attention should be paid to the output of innovation resources while increasing innovation resources,so as to improve the utilization efficiency of innovation resources.Only in this way can we better promote the innovation and development of China’s industrial enterprises.Therefore,the research on the technological innovation efficiency of China’s industrial enterprises can provide some reference for the innovation and development of China’s industrial enterprises.This paper analyzes the spatio-temporal pattern and spatial spillover effect of technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises above provincial scale in China.Before analyzing the technological innovation efficiency of Industrial enterprises in China,this paper firstly introduces the relevant existing research results,concepts and theoretical basis,which lays a certain literature and theoretical foundation for the following analysis.Secondly,the innovation status and existing problems of China’s industrial enterprises are analyzed,so as to have a general understanding of the innovation activities of China’s industrial enterprises at the present stage,so as to better analyze the technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises.Then,the evaluation index system of technological innovation efficiency is selected to measure the technological innovation efficiency,and the technological innovation efficiency is analyzed from time and space.Finally,the spatial Dubin model is selected to analyze the spatial spillover effect of technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in China.The following conclusions can be drawn from the analysis: from 2011 to 2019,the technological innovation efficiency of China’s industrial enterprises showed an upward trend of fluctuation,and there was a certain gap in the technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in various provinces.Moreover,the technological innovation efficiency of various provinces showed a trend of divergence and evolution,and the regional gap was constantly expanding.Provincial industrial enterprise technology innovation efficiency obvious spatial correlation,such as Beijing,tianjin,Shanghai and zhejiang provinces in the economically developed region in at the central position of the space correlation network remote the Midwest and northeast China is in the edge of the space relation network,relatively few links with the other provinces,obtain the ability of innovation resources shortage,The efficiency of technological innovation is relatively low.The spatial econometric regression model shows that the level of human capital,the level of economic development and the level of opening to the outside world have a significant promoting effect on the improvement of technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in this region.The level of human capital,government support for innovation,economic development and opening to the outside world in a region have significant spatial spillover effects on the technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in neighboring regions. |
