Study On Influencing Factors And Optimization Of Family Farm Production Efficiency In Henan Province

As the "mother industry",agriculture is the basic industry of national economic construction and social development.With the continuous development of China’s market economy,the fragmentation of arable land brought by the shortage of arable land per capital can not meet the needs of the development of market economy.Therefore,it is urgent to introduce large-scale management organizations in order to improve the market competitiveness of agricultural operators.Family farms,agricultural cooperatives and other types of new agricultural business entities have emerged.However,the realistic background of small farmers in big countries determines that we can only adopt a moderate scale of agricultural modernization,and in the process of agricultural modernization,the moderate scale operation of planting industry is the only way to achieve agricultural modernization.China’s agricultural resources endowment and the reality of a large population determines that the main body of moderate scale plantation management should be family farm.As a large agricultural planting province in China,Henan province actively cultivates family farms,taking family farms as an important basis for promoting agricultural modernization.Family farm is still in the early stage of development in China,and its production efficiency level and its influencing factors deserve further study.On the basis of collating the relevant data at home and abroad,combining with the development of family farms in Henan Province,this paper establishes a theoretical analysis framework by using the theory of resource endowment,the theory of peasant household behavior,the theory of efficiency and the theory of scale economy.DEA model was used to calculate the production efficiency of sample family farms,and the comprehensive technical efficiency was decomposed.Based on efficiency measurement,theoretical analysis and actual investigation,factors influencing the production efficiency of family farms were constructed from three dimensions of individual characteristics of farmers,farm operation characteristics and operating environment characteristics,and verified by confirmatory factor analysis.On the basis of discussing the mechanism of influencing factors,representative indicators are selected,comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are taken as explained variables respectively,and Tobit model is used to analyze their influencing factors.Fixed number of year of the study results show that the scale operation,technology used in the production process and the total subsidy will be pure technical efficiency level through ascension to produce positive influence on overall technical efficiency,into a land lease,land circulation contract through ascension to produce positive influence on overall technical efficiency of scale efficiency,and age,from a cooperative service type,year-round hired quantity on production efficiency The rate effect is negative.In order to realize the healthy and sustainable development of family farms in Henan Province,it is suggested to perfect the land transfer service,cultivate new professional farmers,improve the level of agricultural socialization service and strengthen the policy support for family farms.
