| Henan province is a large grain production province and a large population province in China.Under the condition of limited per capita resources,it has become the key to ensure the food security of Henan province and even the country by improving the agricultural production efficiency of Henan province and feeding more population with less land.This paper refers to the influencing factors of grain production efficiency and the literature,based on the total factor productivity theory and the scale remuneration theory.Consult relevant literature and books,integrate and sort out the statistical yearbook data,mainly analyze the grain production status in Henan Province from the two aspects of grain production input and output,to support the selection of the following model indicators.The core part of this paper uses the DEA-Tobit method to calculate and analyze the grain production efficiency of Henan province from the perspective of time sequence and cross section.The Malmquist index method is used to measure the total factor productivity in Henan Province from the time dimension,the DEA model is constructed to measure the grain production efficiency of cities in Henan Province,comprehensively analyze the regional differences of grain production efficiency and the redundancy of inputs,the Tobit model is used to analyze the factors affecting grain production in Henan Province,and make relevant suggestions for the problems found in the above results.According to the model calculation results,the overall decline in Henan Province is the main factor of grain production efficiency,some efficiency loss and input redundancy;influencing factors,machinery density,crop planting structure and labor density affect grain production efficiency,and financial agriculture and grain production efficiency.Through the above results and combining with the current situation of grain production and agricultural production conditions in Henan Province,propose the following policy suggestions: firstly,strengthen the construction of grain production infrastructure,improve irrigation and water conservancy facilities and farmland disaster resistance;secondly,optimize the allocation structure of grain production factors to avoid waste of resources;Thirdly,strengthen agricultural technology promotion and scientific and technological innovation,improve the technology and scientific knowledge and agricultural efficiency;finally,promote the agricultural supply-side structural reform. |
