| The development of the internet era has triggered the transformation of traditional trade patterns and promoted the transformation of global trade formats.Especially,the rise of big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence is empowering all links in cross-border trade,reducing costs and increasing efficiency,and constantly building a new development pattern of trade.At the same time,the development of cross-border e-commerce has withstood major challenges in the face of increasing uncertainty in global trade,the rise of a wave of counter-globalization,heightened conflicts in international relations,and the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on import and export trade,reshaped the global industrial chain and supply chain,consolidated and strengthened China’s position as a major foreign trade country.At present,China has gradually formed a standard system suitable for the development of cross-border e-commerce in China by through the construction of Cross-border E-commerce Integrated Pilot Zone and using the policy pilot acceptance.Under the favorable policy environment,positive progress has been made in the construction of Cross-border E-commerce Integrated Pilot Zones,which have achieved innovative results in terms of system,management and service,for the cross-border trade facilitation,liberalization and standardized development has accumulated a lot of experience.With the accelerating pace of expansion of the integrated pilot zone,further promoting stable foreign trade,trade structure optimization and upgrading.In addition,the existing literature is mostly analyzed from the perspectives of the development mode and operation level,so this thesis studies the construction benefit of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive experimental area through theoretical and empirical analysis,to better promote the development of export trade and improve the quality of comprehensive test area construction to provide practical advice.First of all,after understanding the trade background and the specific significance of the research,this thesis sorts out relevant domestic and foreign literature,analyzes the impact of cross-border e-commerce on export trade and Cross-border E-commerce Integrated Pilot Zone construction.In a single comprehensive test area,explore its development path,actively create a model effect,and actively integrate into the national strategic layout.At the same time,analyze the superposed advantages of free trade zone and comprehensive test area;In multiple comprehensive test areas,it is mainly studied from the policy support,regional differences and industrial competitiveness and other aspects.Secondly,the development of cross-border e-commerce industry,comprehensive test zone construction process,China’s main export trade status.Among them,the scale of cross-border e-commerce market is growing rapidly,and cross-border export is dominated by B2 B mode and the cross-border e-commerce market scale potential of the countries along the " the Belt and Road " is huge.With regard to the construction of the comprehensive test areas have basically formed a nationwide coverage.As far as the overall business environment and infrastructure are concerned,the conditions in the eastern region are more advantageous than those in the central and western regions and northeast.In addition,the mature system of " six systems and two platforms " has been promoted nationwide,and the functions of online and offline comprehensive service platforms are still being constantly improved,and various innovative measures have been effectively carried out.In terms of export trade,China’s trade system reform continues to deepen,and trade vitality needs to be stimulated.In recent years,under the strategy of " Made in China " and deepening supply-side structural reform,the structure of export commodities has been gradually optimized.And from the level of urban foreign trade,the big cities have relatively mature industries and stable export structure,while traditional industrial cities are facing certain difficulties in the transformation and development.After that,the article analyzes the mechanism of trade impact,mainly from the perspectives of trade facilitation,transaction cost reduction and industrial agglomeration.Taking the Cross-border Electronic Commerce Integrated Pilot Zone established in the first three batches as the experimental group,based on a quasi-natural experiments,a multi-period double-difference model(DID)was constructed to empirically study the scale of China’s urban export trade and provincial export trade patterns.the sample data from 2010 to 2019 in284 prefecture-level cities and 31 provincial-level administrative regions in the country were obtained.The results were verified by means of propensity score matching.and carries on the robustness test,finally obtains the corresponding conclusions and proposes the countermeasures suggestions.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)The construction of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone can effectively promote the growth of the export trade scale of Chinese cities.In the central and western regions,the construction effect of the integrated pilot zone is more significant,and the eastern region may need to be comprehensively considered in conjunction with the construction of the Free Trade Zone.In addition,the effect of local infrastructure construction in promoting export trade has not been brought into full play,and cities need to make full use of local foreign investment and Internet development level.(2)The construction of the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone failed to effectively improve the structure of export trade.Based on the investigation of the data of each province,the radiation effect obtained needs to be further determined.All localities need to increase the cultivation of advantageous industries and encourage the upgrading of traditional industries.According to the analysis,the corresponding suggestions are as follows: all localities should continue to deepen the reform,actively promote industrial upgrading and optimize the trade structure;Each cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone should build different functions to highlight its own advantages.At the same time,integrated pilot zones should be effectively linked to achieve complementary resources and seek common development. |
