| Relationship between urban and rural areas is in the process of modernization,each country needs to coordinate good core issues,always exist insurmountable contradiction between urban and rural development,China’s urban and rural areas for a long time under the dual structure system of urban biased theory,further deepened the division between urban and rural areas,land division,people in China to the separation of the "three points".China has successfully won the battle against poverty in 2020,but there are still unbalanced development between urban and rural areas,hindering the country’s modernization drive.As early as 2013,the CPC Central Committee proposed a new type of people-centered urbanization and put forward the rural revitalization strategy in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress.In 2021,the No.1 Document of the CPC Central Committee further proposed to effectively link the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and emphasized in the 2021 Government Work Report that rural revitalization should be comprehensively promoted and the new urbanization strategy should be improved.It is in the countryside that we face the most arduous and onerous task of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and of building a great modern socialist country in all respects.New urbanization and rural revitalization are mutually reinforcing and co-existing with each other,which is the inevitable choice to follow the trend of urbanization development,maintain the vitality of rural development,and achieve integrated and interactive development in the process of building a modern socialist country.Therefore,it is of great practical and theoretical significance to discuss the dynamic and coordinated development relationship between rural revitalization and new-type urbanization.Starting from the strategy of new urbanization and rural revitalization,this thesis aims to study the dynamic coordinated development relationship between rural revitalization and new urbanization.First of all,on the basis of combing related literature at home and abroad,discusses the strategy of rejuvenating the urbanization and new countryside,and respectively from new town economic development,public service,ecological environment,residents,urban and rural integration in five aspects to introduce the present situation of the new type of urbanization in our country,then separately from the industry,the environment,local custom,governance,residents live five aspects to introduce the present situation of our country,Finally,the internal relationship between the coordinated development of the two is discussed to pave the way for the following article.Secondly,the evaluation index system of new urbanization and rural revitalization was constructed by using the data of 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2019,and the coupling and coordination analysis of the relationship between the two was conducted.The study found that the coupling and coordination degree of the two was good,but there were obvious regional differences.Furthermore,granger causality test is used to analyze the causal relationship between the two,and panel vector autoregression model is established.The dynamic correlation between the two is analyzed and elaborated by impulse response function and variance decomposition.Then,the influence mode between the two is discussed in depth from the aspect of regional differences.Finally,policy suggestions are given according to the empirical results.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows: First,the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and rural revitalization is improving year by year.China’s new urbanization and rural revitalization of the two systems in a balanced coordination phase for a long time,mainly due to the party central committee in recent years,the government promulgated a series of policy for "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",promote the development of agriculture and rural areas,and rural poverty alleviation engines and revitalization of the full implementation of the strategy,taken on a new look in rural areas and changed the status of the poverty and backwardness in the past,so as to narrow the gap between urban and rural.2 is a new type of urbanization and rural revitalization of the regional differences,economic development level and exists a certain correlation between urban and rural coordinated development,coordinated development of the high level of economic development in urban and rural areas is superior to the low level of economic development,from the side reflects the radiation effect of the large cities,around to neighboring country have the same effect for development.Third,rural revitalization and new urbanization reinforce each other’s dynamic development.Based on this,our country should optimize the structure of rural industry,strengthen the agricultural modernization level,upgrade the industrial structure,speed up the development of agricultural derivatives,promote the level of development in the secondary and tertiary industries in the country,adhere to the integration of urban and rural development,promote the rational allocation of resources between urban and rural areas,promote the development of rural economic diversification,adjust measures to local conditions,implement differentiation,Starting from the actual situation of each province measures to implement differentiation,and should pay attention to strengthening the construction of the western region of urban and rural areas as a whole,but also to promote coordinated development of urban and rural areas as a whole,perfect the construction of rural infrastructure,perfect the security system,the basis of rural residents to improve the cultural level of the rural residents,improve rural living environment. |
