| H Rural Commercial Bank of Guiyang is a local bank,which is rooted in local areas and reformed by rural credit cooperatives.It plays an outstanding role in serving the "three rural issues" and supporting the sustainable development of county economy and rural economy.In order to improve market competitiveness and survive in the fierce market competition,the bank should adhere to the human-centered talent development strategy and optimize the performance appraisal scheme.Establish a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal mechanism,realize the effective operation of the internal mechanism,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the employees of the whole bank.This paper focuses on the performance appraisal scheme of Guiyang H Rural Commercial Bank,relying on relevant academic theories,using literature research,questionnaire survey,and questionnaire survey,diagnoses the problems existing in the appraisal scheme,and points out three shortcomings.By consulting the literature,this paper analyzes and evaluates the performance appraisal scheme,Based on the current basic conditions of Guiyang H Rural Commercial Bank,the corresponding optimization countermeasures are put forward.Through comparative analysis and summary,the second-level indicators and third-level indicators of KPI in four dimensions of balanced scorecard are selected.On the basis of the indicator system,the weight of each indicator is calculated by using expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process.Then fine-tune the weight of each index of performance appraisal according to the actual situation,so that the weight setting of each index tends to be more reasonable,so as to better promote the organization and implementation of performance appraisal scheme and the application of results from the aspects of system,culture,communication and feedback,and system support.Compared with the mature management experience of large state-owned banks,the performance appraisal of rural commercial banks started late,and mature performance appraisal schemes are rare.The problems existing in the performance appraisal of Guiyang Rural Commercial Bank also exist in other rural commercial banks.This paper studies the performance appraisal scheme of this bank,I hope to help solve the problems existing in the implementation of its performance appraisal scheme,put forward more optimization suggestions for the high-quality development of this bank,and provide some reference for the performance appraisal work of other rural commercial banks. |
