With the rapid development of China’s industry into the track of high-quality development,the construction industry has also shifted from the extensive development of high investment and high return to the operation mode of "high value and low profit".In the operation and management of engineering construction enterprises,the implementation of "fine management" has become a key management pursuit to find new profit growth points,enhance competitiveness and expand living space.However,there are obvious deviations in the understanding,understanding and implementation of the refined construction management mode in construction enterprises,and even the practice of the refined management mode is simply understood as a panacea for production technology,engineering design and reducing production costs.Therefore,the implementation of "fine management" in practice is not in-depth,and the assumption is difficult to implement and become superficial.As a result,poor management results can be found everywhere.This research takes the fine management of H enterprise construction project as an example to discuss the related content.In the research of this subject,the methods of field investigation and case analysis are mainly used.Through the analysis of first-hand data,it is found that h enterprise has the following problems in the fine management of engineering projects: the experience and extensive management process are common;Lack of institutionalized and refined management;The refined management consciousness does not really lead the employee behavior;The project quality is difficult to reach a new level;The construction cost has not been effectively controlled.According to the reality of enterprise engineering construction,through interviews and quantitative analysis,this paper explores the causes of problems in fine management,which are reflected in the inadequate organization and management,inaccurate grasp of project progress,unfavorable quality control,backward cost management measures,and the randomness of safety production management.In view of the existing problems,with the help of ORTCC,PDCA cycle and other models,this paper puts forward specific improvement measures for the fine management process of H company’s construction projects,and forms a fine management system.In practice,it includes the implementation of organization refinement management,project progress refinement management,project quality refinement management,construction cost refinement management and operation safety refinement management.It is found that the refined management of enterprises is not only the refinement of production division and service quality,but also an idea,a culture,and an organic combination of standardization,refinement and personalization in the whole process of enterprise operation.
